That's funny, I got into stacking silver opposite of you, I collected coins first them started stacking. Right now I'm in the process of filling a little treasure chest with all old silver coins, just thought it would look cool sitting on a shelf with a bunch of old silver spilling out of it.

i think its not good idea to ever pay more for silver because of a logo or whatever because when u go to sell u will always take a hit and my lcs robs people $$ :(

I understand where you are coming from but sometime a little premium makes for interesting coins

You might want to find a new LCS. I found one a bit farther away from my house, but the people nicer and will do the best they can on everything. And I hear you about the silver thing. An ounce of silver is an ounce of silver. It's always what you're willing and/or able to spend. And a small premium is the profit the shop needs to stay in business. Stick to your budget.
