Prior to watching the video, the Manix 2 LW is my choice of the two…
Like you mentioned, AWT and OG now make scales for the LW-so I don’t see a particularly compelling reason to spend the extra money for the original Manix if upgrading them is a possibility.
I cut ~1.5 loops out of my spring and thought it was a huge improvement.
14:00 I have cut choils into a lot of my Spydercos with those little ~1.5mm rotary diamond bits for Dremels.
I also prefer the Manix to the PM2.
Congrats on the upcoming 1.5K milestone, DBD.

Much appreciated, my friend! Both are great knives for sure, but now that we can upgrade LWs, the G10 is much less imperative. I am currently working on making the Manix 2 in Spy 27 my own . As far as my favorite , it would be the Smock . I really want to check out the Sage 6 with the Smock locking system on the Sage platform !

I have to agree the Sage 6 looks so good. A Smock is on my Grail list, but that new Sage may be the knife I want the most from Reveal 17! 👊#staydeadly
