Hey Greg, I'm a new upcoming Lacrosse player that started around 2 months ago. I had bought a STX stick from a friend of mine, but it wasn't the stick that I truly wanted (at the time I didn't really look into buying sticks) however then I started to play and realized I needed a new one! I watched a lot of your videos and decided on a Maverick Hyperlight and a Maverick Optic head! To finish it off, I got some Hero Mesh and some Hero Strings!!! Can't wait to see more of your videos!!!
That is a very good set up although if you are new to the game and don't know how to string your stick I would look into our Mirage elite set up its comes with your choice of carbon or focus shaft and the mirage and hero mesh and hero strings strung by our elite stringing team
@@carterharnett6714 if im playing box it's either traditional mesh or ecd semi soft mesh or stringking 4s mesh. But all over I'd rather use my Mitchell brother's traditional nothing but hard hickory lol
hey greg i just picked up some vortex mesh yesterday and strung it in my tactik and i love it its an amazing product and took away the things i disliked about hero and made it better keep up the good work :)
Huh i wonder if legality depends on the head you pinch. I have one of these and pinched a mark 1 and from my measurements I'm pretty sure I'm playing with a mark 1 x6.

What are some good teams I could try out for in NJ, I'm 12 and looking between NJ Riot, Patriot, Leading Edge, Tristate, and maybe NJLA, what other teams would u recommend or is the one u like in the one I was looking at already
East coast dyes Greg how come sometimes when I shoot over hand the ball just flys out of my stick and goes like 10 feet high and 20 feet away from the net? Is it my stick or is it me? What can I do to fix this?

In order to be a true box head, it must have 20 shooting strings
Box players do like to lace their sticks up!
Joshua Ruwe in actual fact it is only a myth that they use mesh at all. The whole pocket is shooting lace

Rules get tricky but if you can pinch it within legal standards then go for it!

I am not sure I would suggest trying out for a few and seeing what doors open for you

You may need to add more whip to your stick but it could also be the way you are throwing the ball
does it have anything to do with the fact that i use throne lite mesh?
Can you please do a review of Alpha Lacrosse's shafts?
