You couch potatoes are hilarious. You lazy dudes can take all the juice you want and won't look like the rock either. He actually puts in a ton of work to get into that shape. Some of you clowns have never lifted a weight in your life
In WWF he was on the road constantly getting his ass kicked for a living, he didn’t have time to get super shredded. Now he has all the time in the world and he takes insanely good care of himself, not to mention he uses lighting in a lot of his pics. He’s also Samoan. I honestly don’t find it that hard to believe that he’s natural but if he does take stuff I wouldn’t be that surprised
In my opinion, John Cena is actually the most honest fake natty you could find. I know that sounds contradictory but lemme leave you with something he said in an interview when asked if he takes steroids: - "I Cant say that i havent but you'll never be able to prove that i have" That is honestly the best thing you could say as someone who's career is tied to his fake natty status, and by saying this i feel he's cleared it up for everyone without actually saying it outright, which i think was very smart and calculated on his part. I hate fake natties like no one else, but John Cena has my respect for atleast trying to let his audience know the truth in a way that doesnt ruin his career. I'm pretty sure that after that interview the answer made things clear for 90% of the people who saw it.
Zac Efron was alright too, he said his Baywatch physique wasn’t “sustainable” or “healthy to pursue” etc... basically tried to make it as clear as possible without outright saying it.

Does Chris have an awesome natural body and genetics, 100% yes, does that mean you can look like him in Thor love and thunder with a sweet kettle bell workout routine and some clean eating after 4 months ... It's sad though
My dream is to be accused of being on gear while I'm natty. So if someone starts acting defensive when someone accuses them of being on gear I get a little sus. I see it as the greatest compliment a real natty could ever receive.
Yeah man, I used to love it when people (guys) questioned me about gear. It’s such an ego boost when people think you’re on gear and you’re not, I used to love it
Let’s not forget the rock going public about his cycle for the original entrance to the fast and furious franchise, then immediately denying the allegations after he deleted the proof/posts etc.

@@DanielJ096Just watched ur vids and sorry to break it to you kid its going to take a lot more than 3 years to even come close to attaining that naturally for u
You picked some pretty safe choices. The best fake nattys are the ones who juice to advanced natty physiques and have them in their teens and early 20s instead of upper 20s early 30s after a decade of training. Good examples are Alex Eubank and Lexx Little and basically what happens is an experienced lifter calls them out, then a newbie says 'but it's natty attainable!' And it's a never ending circle of trying to explain that ppl don't get like that during high school lol.
Have you seen Thor in God of War: Ragnarok? It is said that is how Thor truly was. Stout strength instead of a tower of muscles, which is the most likely result of partying and drinking as hard as they said Thor did in Norse mythology
Jeff Nippard just because he pretends to be natty his whole life and gives out advice for a living. He even lied to you or pretended to not know gear. Really annoying. These other guys are obvious, but guys like Jeff are actually profiting from his fake natty status
I mean but his diet IS ridiculous and he's a hard gym head. There's potential that with genes he could actually just be big. Early Ronnie coleman was huge even before the supposed belief started hitting that he wasn't natty.
He’s right on each one of them. The Rock put on like 20-30 pounds of muscle after his 30’s. Look at his early movie roles compared to what he looks like now. Go back and look at him shirtless in “Walking Tall.” He taking something.
Like he has good genes and has always been in shape but I remember he never really had abs or muscle definition. It wasn't until movies like fast and furious or pain and gain he went into body builder mode
I've seen an interview where he basically flat out said he took steroids but that he couldn't admit to it or he'd be fired. For someone in his position I think that's all you can ask.
this is baffling....rock n chris has been in countless interviews yet no one has put them on the spot about ped?? i never understood why actors cant be honest about being on ped (you still have to put in the work)

Mike O’Tren might’ve become a meme, but at his peak that dude had one of the best physiques ever. He literally looked like something out of a comic book.
He gets too much hate. Regardless of the gear he's been putting in the work every day for 30+ years and is a living proof of the potential of responsible roid use.
@MrFreeGman Yes, responsible roid use and hard work and dedication is definitely a thing. Stallone is a good example. It's just the blatant denials by some that are annoying.
@MrFreeGman Yeah, def true, but still just annoying that supps are pedaled on a lie to young newbie lifters who don't know any better. The older ignorant ones there's no helping. In the Hollywood arena, the studios and actors are afraid of any negative reaction to the [ridiculous] stigma around steroids. Anyway, YT has educated a lot of people...back in the day (like 20 yrars ago) so many people believed all these guys were natty. It was like how a huge percentage of fans believed pro wrestling was real. Anyway, bust it in the gym, watch diet, deal with whatever genetics you've been dealt and then decide if you want to use steroids or not. Just when peeps are dreaming about getting big, know that your mental image idols are on the juice.
Kettlebell swings are probably the best exercise to get in shape and build massive explosiveness tho As i learned from the bionner the "what the hell" effect
I hate that hiding it is a norm. It's just not acceptable these days especially when people don't care if you are using gear (aside from sports like MMA that you need to be natty for). A perfect example of this is Noel Dyzel. Freakin everyone loves him. I have unironically not seen a single comment about him that puts him in a negative light in any way. He is absolutely adored by the community as far as I can see and he is geared way up. I think part of the reason why he is so well respected and loved is because he's open about his roid use. So for people like the rock to mislead not just fans but customers is s dirty to me. He's selling supplements and workouts based on his physique. People think you can attain his level with what he recommends which is clearly not the case. It's false advertising in my mind.
Of course actors won't admit to that. In the USA, it is a federal crime to buy, have and use them. They're a Schedule 3 substance, which means that they are at the same level as ketamine.

Easy rule of thumb: If someone lifts consistently & eats cleanly but at 35 they were 185 at 15% bodyfat & at 45 they're 205 @ 10% bodyfat, they're on drugs. One caveat: I've seen guys who were out of shape at 35 bc they ate like shit & never exercised, but when they started working out & eating clean at 45, they got in crazy shape bc it turned out they actually had crazy genetics. But in that case it still holds, only difference is compare them at 45 to 55. If they're 10 years older yet significantly bigger AND leaner? Drugs.

No way was he eating 12000 cals at that time. He didn’t even look that big or ripped in the scorpion king, just looked like a guy who’s dedicated
I heard something about Michael Phelps also eating about 10,000 cals a day in pizzas and hotcakes preparing for the Olympics. Granted, you are far more likely to burn all of that as a swimmer than as a bodybuilder, but still. Paulo Costa's secret juice has something to do with both dudes
Shoot, I know for sure Strongmen eat near that range. He's not fooling many people with the natural rhetoric.
Lumberjacks ate 10000 calories a day a long time ago and they were rail thin, if you're burning it off it's possible
