Any ' honourable' person on finding out that another person is guilty of sexual abuse of a minor would not feel the need to " tell this person face to face that their friendship is no longer viable". Decent people dismiss these type of persons from their life forthwith. What would make sense, is the need to see Epstein face to face to find out what the offender is planning on revealing about any alleged actions of Andrew while staying at his distant acquaintance's home for four days.

According to some court documents that Emily D Baker went through on her channel, prince andrew invited Epstein to his own daughter’s 18th birthday AFTER Epstein has been charged with sexual assault of a minor in the state of Florida. So he invited a known sex offender to his own teenage daughter’s party (where surely there would be other teenaged girls). So I agree with you, nothing honorable about this turd ☝🏻

@observe Donald Trump ditched Epstein quite publicly when he harassed staff at Mar-A-Lago, and banned him from the property, instead of inviting him and Ghislaine to his house and his daughter's wedding long after Epstein was convicted, like Bill and Hillary Clinton.
I also find it interesting you mentioned Trump and not the celebs and the aforementioned Bill Clinton who took many, many trips on Epstein's plane, possibly with Andrew in tow.
I like your content and I'm not here to say Trump is perfect, but that your subtle and unnecessary politicizing of this case is distracting and off-putting. @mausilw 2 года назад +10

@mercury_stuck_in_1984 it’s often because they were sexually abused as kids as well. That’s why we call it the cycle of abuse. Some cases are also just a case of paraphilia, which usually develop because of something that happened in early development such as an experience with another child (such as kids “playing doctor” just because they’re curious about their and the opposite sex's bodies), a stunt in development such as an obsession with a crush at that young age that never went away so they’re perpetually looking for a surrogate for that obsessive crush even as an adult, and more similar situations. Abuse as a child is a pretty common cause, though.

That is a surprising take away from the video.
I think the reason why she managed to make such a extremely effective interview, was that she didn’t ask any tough questions outright.
And that she was very careful in how she worded her questions and her approach in order to not be aggressive, or go hard on him at all in the interview.
She gently led him one step at a time, with maybe 5 questions what easily could have been one question for most journalists.
And managed to balance not getting him to be overly defensive, while still getting him to answer questions on a to him extreme uncomfortable subject.
I think she tried to make him feel like he had a small bit of control, and that he never was directly challenged on something he said.
Making he think he was “getting away” with stuff. Speaking more freely.
Instead gently guiding the interview to have him contradict and screw himself over.

Andrew has been accused of being the most arrogant, condescending, and nasty royal in the family. Surprisingly the interviewee and Andrew went over the things to be discussed in the interview, but he obviously didn't prepare or realize that she might throw in a couple of ringers. One of his statements that he thought the many girls in Epstein's house were staff, you know, like the invisible people that serve him at the palaces, was particularly infuriating to me. Also, Epstein's Palm Beach house had pictures of young women in various stages of undress displayed on the walls. The Palm Beach police were disturbed when they saw them. Anyone who went to the Palm Beach house and didn't realize something was wrong is either stupid or playing dumb.

As a Brit, I LOVE this, thank you. Prince Andrew is used to receiving a lot of deference because of his station, but I think because he was never the heir, he doesn't have the same experience with the media as, say, Prince Charles. Not that Charles was good at this initially (understatement!), but he has improved a lot over the years.
Andrew is clearly terrible at functioning as a regular human being and has been hanging out with narcissists for years - folk who want to be close to power because they think they are special themselves. He's used to people accepting his words without question. He has been in a world of other people who are also very bad at lying convincingly, but they are accepted because they have power and/wealth. (Eppy, GMax, Trump, some Hollywood figures etc.). I wonder if this is one reason he's so awful at this?
This was SUCH a bad move for him. 🤣

Thank you! Yes, please continue. But, actually, he has not said that his friend is a monster, or even that sexual assault is a bad thing, but simply that, given the new turn of events, it would be inappropriate for them to spend time together.
Also, it’s ridiculous how someone gets to be his age and somehow doesn’t comprehend that not seeing his host at every moment of the day, does not negate that he chose to stay with a convicted sex offender.
Clearly, if this douche bag has done nothing else (don’t fret, I’m not that naive) he’s sent the clear message to the world that he does not give a damn about other humans, and women in particular. No marginally empathetic being would choose to stay with a known sex offender, unless he didn’t think that raping women or minors was no big deal; I mean, why would he inconvenience himself? It’s not like Epstein did anything that Prince Andrew, himself, would not do.

It seem Andrew's upbringing is catching up to him. He probably never learned that you don't do certain things because they _are bad,_ only that _as a Royal_ you can't do certain things because they make the family _look bad._ I mean, if he did try to break up his contact to Epstein at best he did so because of the unfavourable optics. Just look at how bad he is at even paying lip service to the fact that sexually molesting minors is something that _should_ make you reconsider friendships. I have no confidence whatsoever that he gets it at all. If anything this reaffirms the impression that he certainly did participate in those acts, and I'd love to see if it can get any worse for him. (It probably can.)

@@sassysamsquantch6178 no, Andrew is the first to be accused of abusing children. At least legally, there’s not another lawsuit/criminal accusation against any other family member. I also find it interesting that most people are only caring about him, especially because Victoria was also a recruiter so her case isn’t too solid, but I think it has to do more with the interview he gave than anything else

Prince Andie, a mischievous lad with chocolate smeared across his face, stands before his mummy, Queen Eliza. "Andie, darling boy, do you happen to know who has devoured all of my chocolates?" the queen asked, her voice tinged with suspicion. With a nervous yet confident smirk, Andie replied, "Oh, mummy, I haven't the foggiest notion. It must have been one of the footmen. Perhaps it's time to dismiss them for pilfering our treats." As he spoke, chocolate wrappers spilled from his pockets, and his hands bore the telltale signs of indulgence. Queen Eliza chuckled and affectionately pinched his nose. "Oh, Andie, my dearest darling boy, you always manage to spin a tale. Such a clever rascal you are," she said, pride evident in her voice. Andie beamed with satisfaction, oblivious to his transparent deception, relishing in the belief of his own cunning. Queen Eliza's laughter lingered in the air as she left Andie to his naive schemes.

    Just some friendly constructive critisism:
The voice filter in "history" is fun, but for me and many other hard of hearing it makes it very difficult to hear the words.
Also thanks for making great videos with very interesting content!

    • @arthurbuttons

I would like to second this. I found the edited voice difficult to understand. Your choice of course but video would be more accessible to me without it. I feel like the TV screen and the filter sort of covers the history aspect. I do use subtitles as well but for me I'm not fully deaf just like impaired in the hearing department so I use the sound, the lip reading and the subtiles all to process it 🤷🤷🤷

This and the interrogation of Stephanie Lazarus are so hilarious because both suck that much at lying. Don't get me wrong, what both of them ~*allegedly, in my opinion, don't sue me*~ did, is heinous, but their attempts at lying, the nervousness that arises, the exaggerated lies... Comedy gold.

I love the hybrid trashy reality tv and true crimes hybrid on your channel. Ever thought of doing like a patreon “two lies and a truth” with like top tier members? Or just one on one stuff, I’d love to get your opinion on my ex husband who lied about having cancer, being a navy vet, never having had kids, affairs the entire time. I remember learning about micro expressions and such and I spent hours and hours learning about them and man it pissed him off lol.

"I had to tell him that because he had been convinced, I could no longer be seen with him."
You had to tell him that a member of The Firm couldn't be seen with a convinced sex offender because he couldn't figure that out on his own?
And since you had to tell him in person, you thought a public park would be the place to let him know you couldn't be seen with him?
I 'can't be seen' with him 'because he was convinced'.
Not 'I don't want to be friends with a disgusting creep', just 'I can't be seen' with him now that everyone knows he's a pedo.
He never actually said he ended the friendship, just that no one (ie- journalists) could know.
Of course he was genuinely surprised when asked about a foot rub from a Russian girl. He thought she was Ukrainian

I’ve been waiting so long for this! JCS made one and I couldn’t wait to find out your perspective.
Edit: I think he’s shaking his head through this whole thing, because he practiced in his head how he was going to answer the questions he thought she would ask, but he’s wanting to disagree with the situation of needing to answer that question. If he was innocent, he would be mad. A man of “such confidence” would refute a statement. He answered it like he was at an interview for a job. Crazy! Thanks for the video.
