Ive made several of these and I love the pattern. I finish the bottom differently by doing 9 smaller wrapping knots rather than one large gather. I also adjusted the cord lengths. I had too much waste at the end of my first attempt. I use: 10 - 80", 4-70", 4-65", 4-55", 6-50", 10-45"

I really like the design, so I wanna do some more. I used the cord lengths shown in the video but the long cords are way too long. Got a lot of waste now, too.

But I think, we can start with shorter cords (or maybe my cord was different).

I wish you would show at the beginning the total number of ropes and how long each is so we could cut them all at the same time. It's extremely difficult to stop and cut each length when it's time to add them. Otherwise we have to watch the entire video before we start knotting. For example: cut 10 x 250cm, 4 x 210cm, etc. (continuing number of cords for each length of the remaining cords). Thank you.
