I use pioneer pancake mix( i just add water)
Its not the healthiest breakfast ,but its so good

That's a good breakfast! Jimmy Dean sausage is very popular in NY State. Yes, butter between the pancake layers is a must!
Shoot! Butter under the batter before you fry it, butter under the other side when it’s flipped, AND in between the pancakes once they’re cooked and hot! The butter browning the pancakes on the pan makes them crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside! Otherwise, if they’re all soft on the outside, they turn into SYRUP SUCKERS! They will suck up all the syrup you put on ‘em and NEVER give you back any flavor!

Hello chef Jeffrey I have some Jimmy Deans sausage in my fridge. Biscuits, Jimmy Dean Sausage and syrup, orange juice. That's my breakfast on Saturday while I watch Jack Hannah show. Saturday is my "me day". Enjoy the rest of your week.

Yes Lord! My grandma used to buy fresh sausage from her good friend and made these crispy silver pancakes to go along with that sausage. Instead of regular syrup she gave us old fashioned molasses syrup. Those pancakes were crispy, buttery and soft at the same time. Those were tough times, but we had a light and that was Grandma. Jimmy Deans is great sausage. I buy Jimmy Deans exclusively when I want breakfast sausage. No other brand.
Love it. During tough times, we all need a light. You had your grandma. I had mine. Mine made cornmeal pancakes. Yummo.

Great Morning Chef Jeffrey one of America's traditional breakfast only thing you missing is some sunny side up eggs. Now I must say this I'm so glad that growing up we didn't have to buy the breakfast sausage from Jimmy Dean or any other manufacturer because we got our sausage from the country from the butchering of holes and it was much leaner and had a much better taste

Good morning Chef Jeffrey! That is one of my favorite break to fix myself. Pancake and sausage. I live in Rockford, IL I'm going to see if I can that brand of pancake mix when I go grocery shopping soon. I used to use banquick pancake mix. But I know use pancake mix that is more quicker to use with less ingredients. Just FYI Hungry Jack has a pretty good pancake mix too. That's what brand I been using until I seen your video I'm about to try the pioneer next. Thanks for sharing your recipes and have a blessed and great day 😊

Hey Chef!! I never heard of Pioneer though! Is that southern? They been around for a long time though! They must be good thing, 1851! Where's the bacon, Chef Jeffrey!!!🤷 Those pancakes looks so good! I tried to make my brother some pancakes but it didn't work out so good!! I am not even sure what I did wrong?? I think I will try to find that mix since all you have to add is water. Know that feeling well.. didn't shoot bad until 8am time flys by so quick when ya get older, but when younger ya always want it to go faster.... looks yummy! I like Jimmmy Dean's sausage also.. shoulda just used the grease from pan and add a lil bit of butter to make those cakes in.. yeo that 🥞1st 1 is a tester for the cook 😀 too bad to hear about the 🍊 trees. I would judge ya didn't put butter on everyone.. exactly never too much butter!

If you have it in your area you should give Bob Evans sausage a try. It's from Ohio. It's my favorite.
Chef thts what I eats for breakfast sometimes & Jimmy Dean’s is the way to go my favorite I should of put in my order😂
I freeze my roll for better slice cutting. Lay slices in single row on plate back in freezer and once frozen, I put in container and use as needed from freezer. Lasts much longer. I also will weigh entire roll w/o wrapper then slice accordingly, normally 8 good size slices. I do weigh the slices to make sure it’s an equal weight, then freeze and store as mentioned above.

This breakfast takes me back to when my brother and I would stay for the weekend at my Aunt's house. She used Jiffy Baking mix for the pancakes and in mid- Michigan we had Bob Evans pan sausage. Chief Jeffery i came up with home made hot sausage with molasses and biscuits. They didn't really buy much meat from the store they put up their own meats much of the time. When my mom started making us pancakes for four growing boys she told my dad to take us to work with him and get us a job. That breakfast looked real good. Jimmy Dean sausage is surprisingly started in Plainview Texas 💯💯💯💯👍🏽
