On a regular amplifier - when the headphones are turned on, the speakers are turned off. There must be a mixer to be heard in the headphones and have a signal to the speakers! Let's not forget that this is a small, budget amplifier.

Es por la fuente de alimentación, la página del autor recomienda que se usen alimentadores de 24v por arriba de 2A para sacarle todo el provecho.
