I would love to see a video where you show everyone making the same simple project but with different tools at varying levels of cost/difficulty/skill, however you want to define that. I think it would be interesting to see the different ways the same project can be accomplished whether your shop is that of an everyday DIYer versus a professional carpenter and everything in between.

Helpful tip for bending the conduit. Put your foot on the bender pedal and push down on it throughout the bend. Helps the conduit not kink, helps it not slide around , gives you a lot more leverage and makes bending a lot easier.

A key of what you were saying for me is: you can improve it even further.
It’s important for me to hear as I am that kind of person that has an idea but it has to be absolutely perfect no matter what. I don’t want to spend time again (maybe a bit) but more that the final results needs to be as it was in my mind. But the freedom to say I will do it now no matter what and can improve or just add things at any time to make it much better

Very cool idea. All too often these sorts of things are made out of cheap junk, and not designed with important functions like storage in mind. Not that a 3-D print can't break, but at least you can reprint it unlike some thing that's made out of entirely injection molded junk. As conduit is less than a dollar per foot, I imagine this entire soccer goal didn't cost that much to make… The net itself probably cost the most. There is also some interesting thoughts that can be put into how to reuse these materials, when this soccer goal is no longer required. Less waste = big wins.
Oh and my idea for how to use this? A small (raised bed sized) portable green house. Again, the pipes and plastic they use on the ones you find on Amazon will rust out or break in a season (two at most).

Angle the spike towards the back of the net, less chance of it coming out if the ball hits the crossbar, and less dangerous if there is a goalie.
Also perhaps extra spike fittings for the back of the net section, add more stability.
Use the clamp type fitting, but add a loop for the net to attach too, then position them around the bars.

Great idea! I find that most commercial available soccer goals (the cheaper affordable ones), especially the regulation size, they use steel pipe but it droops in the middle of the 24' span. Any solution for that? The pipe they use isn't thick or strong enough for the distance the goal spans. The thinner pipe is way more affordable, probably why they use that.

So, two factors that were no discussed.
    1) Human vessel technologies were less able to be overtaken by the Romulan drone ships. As a result, why build more ships that could simply be turned against their owners? It makes sense that the Coalition would default to ship technologies that were more resistant to hijacking.
    2) TOS pointed out that Starfleet was almost purely humans. Why build ships for cultures that still did not want to partake in joint ventures of exploration?
I think the truth is basically these three cemented the iconic design lineage of UFP Starfleet vessels, and it just kept evolving from there. Oberth, Defiant, and Intrepid all seem to be the most unique non-standard "human" style Starfleet vessels, at least until we get to the junkyard at Wolf 359, and the Dominion War, which still saw Miranda, Excelsior, and Galaxy class mainstays.
