I have my safe behind a puzzle too. My puzzle is a bit different though. Basically you have to figure out how to get passed the area without my cat ripping your head off.

I once rented a house that had a lockable wardrobe with a large safe in it, I already had a small safe so I put that safe in the bigger safe and the key to the wardrobe in a puzzle box. I'll be damned if anyone is stealing my spare car key! (Even I couldn't be bothered to open that safe).
@@TheRPhelps24 a panther would be terrified of my cat. Even a lion. They would start a fight thinking it is an easy win and quickly regret their life decision and beg for forgiveness. If my cat is in a good mood, like the benevolent feline she is she might oblige.

In the safe I was almost expecting a cutout of toadstool with a chat balloon that said "The princess is in another castle!" 😆😆

That would be funny. A burgler breaks in. There's a room full of portraits. They take a moment, trying to figure out which one has the safe. Yes! It took a minute to get there, but they find it. Several more minutes to get the safe open, and what's inside? Just a note: wrong one. They slowly realize every picture has a safe behind it, just as the flashing blue & red lights appear through the window.
And that's how Bob makes sure no one looks behind all the other pictures to find his real safe.
Great idea for an escape room! I can imagine finding a "map" of the maze somewhere else and being hinted towards moving the picture frame...

Actually that beeping is pure genius!!!! It keeps catching the person off guard while trying to figure out the secret so eventually they will say screw it and leave it alone as they know that sound will wake you up. I bet it would also deter them as well and may leave the place thinking they woke the person up

I was positive that it was going to be 0042, but my next guess would have been 1701. I'm not nerdy enough, apparently.
I was thinking it was gonna be 0504, May the Fourth be with you.
Also, cell block 1138 is where Princess Leia is held prisoner, but the THX-1138 conclusion is far nerdier, 'cause it's more obscure

Art, some of us are lesser fans of Star Wars. Even after Googling the number, it doesn't really mean anything to me. I guess I am a Star Wars heathen.

Great video and great fun. You can tell there has been one shock too many! Love the idea, it would be great to just put a picture of a safe behind it . “I’m sorry Mario but the safe is in another castle”.

Years of playing Operation have prepared me for this heist!
As an option copper tape is available and solders great. I have used it for several projects where wires were not practical or for contacts.
Ok now this is interesting since it allows you to get creative on where to hide things with a safe. Also if you’re gonna do this, other than making sure that safe is secure in a location where it can’t be found & that it can’t be potential stolen. You might wanna support the safe from underneath since the weight of the objects in the safe can bear down on it over time & it can fall down. Supporting the safe may depend on where you have located in your particular home.

Great fun video. I did see some Lego builds in the background and was wondering if you ever thought about making cases for them? My grandson and I have four Ikea Detolf cases that we put together but are running out of room. Maybe make a video for storing Lego builds. I haven't looked through all of your videos so I apologize if you already have.
