Man love ur shop Nick great to see old cars being worked on .im 30 my first classic was a 1967 c10 half year was hooked.passed it down to my kids now we do drag cars and classic.keep the classic coming nick.ppl cant get enough.
from the looks of the neighbors house they only get stripped sunlight! eh! gotta luv them hemi's all over this channel. had an original "66 hemi satellite when I was a stupid kid. 4 speed, dana with 4:11's. had a sox and martin hand built tunnel ram for it too. sold it all for a wedding ring! still got the wife too. :)
Hey Nick, your a good man and a genius. I appreciate your videos! I'm an old muscle car guy from the States. My favorite ownership was my '70 Buick GS Stage1.
I had been anticipating this vid for quite a while. The Satellite looks great. The HEMI looks awesome in it. Never would have guessed Nico and the boys would have stolen the show by dashing through the snow at the end. See you in the new year.
This is great place and love your attitude and passion. Not condescendant and very professional. It 's refreshing to see passionate people doing show like you are doing with this chanel, Velocity chanel should take notice and put you guys on the screen asap. We are tired of the shows who put more emphasis on useless drama and seems to forget why we are watching them, TO SEE THEM BUILD COOL CARS. , you dont know yet but you have a new customer lol. I have a 454 that will be needing to be tuned for my 72 Vette I'm rebuilding and you will get to play with it as soon as I can bring it to you guys. Respect my friend, and see you soon.
BTW I can really appreciate that NIck left the TA Challenger just the way he found it except for a tuneup and the addition of that molding on the hood and the air cleaner. That IS a GREAT looking 'SURVIVOR"
Gary Schelin. That is as far I will go. But, I have a few people telling me to do something with the drivers door. I have put oil on the door to prevent it from rusting further.
Hey Nick,That's OK the oil will keep things just as they are.........what you have been doing since you got the car................something is only original once. Great that you are preserving this super rare MOPAR. Like it is said about your shop....................... "THE OLD SCHOOL HOME OF NEW MUSCLE!"
monster mechanic 2000. Sorry, what we meant is that someone in the past has ported out the heads so much that they ran into the water jackets. Happy holidays from Cloudy, Cold, Snowy Quebec.
I can't believe they were pushing in the spoiler to move the vehicle! I bet the owner will love to see that when he watches the video. Anyway, Merry Christmas guys.
Merry Christmas Nick, another great video lots of fun to watch. If as they say " a man can measure his worth by his friends" you are a wealthy man...Frank from Long Island NY
Happy Holidays to you and your staff and family, your shop is the best around, my favorite channel to watch, greatness all around, true professional, God Bless my friend, looking forward to many more Nicks Garage in 2018, and beyond
Mike Akerman Awesome car man! If I were to have any muscle car, it’d either be that, a ‘66 Charger HEMI or a ‘71 Charger Super Bee HEMI, all 4 speeds too. I’d love a Max Wedge car too.
A Hemi in a Satellite with a single circuit master cylinder and drum brakes is rotfl stuff. I get if you put discs on it you won't be able to run the nice wheels and hub caps, still I do enjoy a good laugh. Love these vids BTW. Happy New Year.
love the Xmas decorations, all thos new blocks waiting for parts ! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Nick and all your guys from Australia ! What is all that white stuff outside the Garage though ? Us Aussies dont see that stuff, but, good for drifting in the drifts :)
Sounds like a GM aluminum drive line. They pop and crack like that really bad. I had a 4x4 I installed a steel drive line in and it never made the noise again
We did a rear wheel bearing and brake job on one of my Chrysler branded minivans and somehow the backing plates got butchered during the job. It made a noise very similar to this, but it was more pronounced because it was rubbing in a few different places. Btw, those backing plates were expensive! I think it was ~$800 for a couple pieces of 12" diameter tin. Good old dealership. pricing! Grr.
LMAO!! we got as much snow here in Ontario as you guys got there in Montreal So Nick did you find out what was making the sound on the Camaro? And hope you had a good Christmas by the looks of it you did
Merry Christmas Nick and crew. I say Crew only because I don't know your names, not to minimize your importance in any way. I've been a third hand in quite a few shops over the years, and I know the importance the second or third hand has in a shop like Nick's. In fact I had the opportunity to take one mom and pop shop from a few hundred thousand a year net to 2.2 ,Illinois in a year and a half, all by marketing what the shop had to offer. And Nicks shop has so much more! So, Merry Christmas to the whole crew! And a Happy New Year to you all! P.s., if you need a good Parts guy....... does it sound like I'm applying for the ultimate job.... Nick, buddy..... drop me a line!!! And Happy New year!
Don't ya hate that "noise"? My Dad resorted to stuffing match books into crevices to stop dashboard sounds. It took me 3 months, laying upside down under the dash to find the culprit... A loose A/C duct that drove Pop crazy. A little epoxy cured it but would be a bitch to take apart again. Muscle cars have personality. You want quiet? Get a Telsa. Tommy
Thanks, glad you are enjoying it! Here are the links to the shirts and hoodies... teespring.com/nick-s-garage-big-logo-tee#pid=2&cid=2397&sid=front teespring.com/nick-s-garage-big-logo-hoodie#pid=212&cid=5822&sid=front
Okay that might work wise but spec-wise it's probably not safe to go with for four bolts instead of eight they design their thing so it had eight points so it didn't fly apart putting four plates on it and having the other holes drilled probably not the same thing but it is a bigger bolts that windshield why would they send it up the other way cuz it was better engineered for that why don't you sell it to make that other one like that why didn't you just have to torque converter made eight bolts and plug the other ones Georgia modify the torque converter to handle the bolt pattern
Like Dragsters that go out and race for a weekend they only go use those motors for like one weekend event and they got to rebuild them last for the whole season is Motors Reno built and ready to go and backups and everything else is if they fail that is in the car that quick I got to have it built already I got to put it on the dyno they have to have all that stuff done prior to putting in the in the in the car cuz I don't have a way to do it afterwards they don't have anything on those cars except the basic ignition transmission and there's none of that smog stuff on there carburetors of Dino 300 400 500 600 thousand $2,000 carburetors it's crazy to get the performance out of them things
I had a neighbor that used to have Motors like this in his boat and it would go out for a weekend and get it over and turn the engine apart and rebuild it like and that's what we had to do on a regular basis and that just like why would you do that to every time you took it out because it was high performance it's a one-time race for the weekend to come back and redo all these things again so it's reliable the next time you go out that's crazy that kind of money mechanics
What I don't understand these cars are meant to go 70 miles an hour and if they can got the balls they can go up a hill when most cars can't most cars are designed to get up to 70 on a regular flat East Carson ZIP of it and when they're going up an incline they can still go they can maintain that 70 that's a difference between a muscle car and a an average car when it comes time you're going up a hill climbing a mountain these cars going to maintain the speed and still keep the pedal to the metal and keep it at that speed as to where most cars can't
Big rigs and get on that road and make it up that hill and have to have the brakes to stop that rain coming down it and that's the important part that motor is assigned to be geared at able to climb a hill that you'll fly by that big rig because you only have a little $4,000 by this guys pulling a hundred thousand pounds up a hill and that motor is bad ass but coming down going to have the brakes to stop it and that's where the muscle cars they couldn't put up they couldn't do it a big rig does the motors in those things are tanks but you put one of those in a card and it'll be a whole different story

Nick is a great down to earth guy......
Thanks for having me there Nick it's nice meeting you. I will bring my this summer 😎
When Vasili was drifting that Benz I kept waiting to hear WHAM! Vasili has wrecked into one of Nick's prized Hemi Roadrunners...
I've never drifted in a all wheel drive. Looks like a blast.🎆
Hey Nick, your a good man and a genius. I appreciate your videos! I'm an old muscle car guy from the States. My favorite ownership was my '70 Buick GS Stage1.
Gary E. D. My favorite Buick is also a 70 GS Stage 1. Lots of torque in stock form. 510. Thanks for watching.
I had been anticipating this vid for quite a while. The Satellite looks great. The HEMI looks awesome in it. Never would have guessed Nico and the boys would have stolen the show by dashing through the snow at the end. See you in the new year.

didn't know there was such a thing as, over modifying a hemi. 😁. Happy holidays from sunny Florida
monster mechanic 2000. Sorry, what we meant is that someone in the past has ported out the heads so much that they ran into the water jackets. Happy holidays from Cloudy, Cold, Snowy Quebec.
love these videos! Happy New Year everyone at Nick's Garage and Joe and his Hemi Satellite!
I was only 16, and local dealer had a factory racer - so loud that hemi was -" plain jane" looking, but a drag strip killer!
I like to watch as many as I can on my day off. Thanks for the fun. Looking for a original PA. Flag for your shop.
Thank you!
I can't believe they were pushing in the spoiler to move the vehicle! I bet the owner will love to see that when he watches the video.

“U cats have got some classic classy’s parties !
Ouzo works like Nitrous on on that Mercedes. It looked like Vasilli was running about a 100 shot.
Talk about a cliffhanger! I'm dying to know what that kerchunk in the Camaro is! I'm guessing pinion bearing. Merry Christmas!
drive shaft and weak diff
Hope u had a great Christmas

That plymouth owner may wish to consider a master cylinder upgrade. Happy new year nick and crew!

Wow. I'd love to know what was making the noise in that Camaro.
Merry Christmas client.....uhhhh....that's right, I just piled up your Mercedes drifting it with my buds!!
It’s his car
That's great!
brake calipers hitting the wheels?
It looks like the big brakes or rubbing on the Wheel or around there
LMAO!! we got as much snow here in Ontario as you guys got there in Montreal So Nick did you find out what was making the sound on the Camaro? And hope you had a good Christmas by the looks of it you did
Happy nuw year 2018 fron Argentina saludos y exitos
And the noise was ----- Tailshaft or Uni joints loose ?
Sounds like a Detroit Locker rear differential.
Nick, you are one of the smartest men I’ve seen. When snow melts where does the white go
Nick you showed a set of pistons with the rods hung but no wrist pin oil holes drilled? Auseome great show though!!
Mike M. Yes, they are not drilled. I had them drilled before balancing.
Nick what was the noise on the Camaro I know the missing link is hitting the drive shaft.
HammerBoss, I think you have found the missing link to the ' Keeper '. It is wrapped around the drive shaft of that Camaro.
If only we could see under that Camaro then we would know what the missing link really is.
It’s on my bucket list to visit the shop. I’m on the South Shore so not to far to get to the Garage.
Hey Big Daddy-Is that ur Duo-not daily driver?S-NO-w Machine!
Those Lambo doors are horrible.
what was the noise on the camaro
Sounds like broken spider gears in the Camaro.
Merry Christmas Nick and crew. I say Crew only because I don't know your names, not to minimize your importance in any way. Good 🌷
We need closure on the Camaro.....what was making the noise??
We won’t leave you in suspense much longer. The next video will have the answer AND the answer to Nick’s ‘missing link’. Thanks for watching.
Thanks.....great channel by the way.....and it's Canadian !!!
Ok whats wrong with the Camaro sounds like a a piece of tin scraping on the drive shaft or universal joint.
Doug score?
Hey Nick, great show! Where can I get a t-shirt or hoodie?
Thanks, glad you are enjoying it! Here are the links to the shirts and hoodies...

And a cap.
That cars they are going to the snow in the conditions with the power it's got and the steering is so much better than the 72 monster car
2 thumbs up!
Drive chart splin
I have a 67 belvedere 1 2 dore post
The Camaro's problem is the crap OEM driveshaft.. it can be "fixed" but an aftermarket 1pc shaft is better..... just say'n......
I`m sure glad you said Nick did not build that Camaro, i would hate to think Nick wouldn't install them Lambo doors on any car.
Hronia Polla Niko kai Vasili apo Melbourne Australia
LOl the tire on ps rear is wobbling.
i want a hemi in my 63 polara
not factory from gm but should be !

Could have done without the irresponsible "younger" staff members doing snow donuts! Not pertinent to an otherwise good video story.
