Once I was stuck in traffic jam due to landslide on Srinagar-Jammu National highway, and the moment BRO people cleared the landslide and vehicles started to move, one honda city came from nowhere and overtakes almost 20 to 30 vehicles within few seconds and disappears from our sight and I fell in love with this vehicle.....

I owned the Dolphin shaped Honda City for 15 years.
Zero breakdowns, Zero headaches, never ever did she leave me stranded in the middle of nowhere.

After owning it for past 2.5yrs and 33k km I can say that it has a perfect blend of performance,comfort and FE.Tat feel u get when revving the car to nuts upto nearly 7k no words to define .just a upsized tyre’s and good alloys make the car even more striking😁
What about highway stability I'm about to buy one I do lot on highway above 160 ..so would like to know about stability on highways
filter industry stability is good up to 140 but after that it’s not as good as a linea or even Germans.however 160 is not advisable and it’s not possible most of the times.5th gen city may not be as planted As the 4th gen due to soft suspension and lighter chassis.note:city’s are known to rust

That's y our family owns a 2017 model City 2017 with pride. But with feeling, I hope if Civic was that level popular too.
My favourite generation has to be the 1st Gen and 4th Gen City as it drives so well with great steering feel, chassis and looks so lovely and amazing too despite being old and new one being launched!

When Honda City I-mmd hybrid comes out it will do 0-100 in 9 seconds and give 28 kmpl. Honda tech has done an amazing job of explaining how it works.
I have owned the Linea T-Jet and now have the City ZX (CVT). The Linea T-Jet was a fantastic car in terms of ride/handling , but being heavy and having a slightly clunky gearbox, it couldn't wrangle the power out of the 1.4 motor. The City, in contrast, I have noticed is equally fast or faster, and more so, in its CVT avatar it is deceptive. You could be doing 80-100 in no time on a smooth highway and not even notice.
