@@VertexEffectsInc In addition to making great pedals, you’re doing such a great service by posting your videos! Absolutely one of my five favorite RUclips Guitar channels.
OH MY GOD. That’s one of the basslines that made me pick up a bass. I absolutely love these series of interviews and discussions - the Cory Wong is another stand out. SO GOOD. (And even better I can zoom in, slow down and watch how his hands play the lines. Awesome.)
I have had more than one band literally stopped playing and go what are you playing and I’m like that is the bass line. I don’t know what the people before me played but that’s how it goes. And then they go wow I never heard all of that in there.
What a great guy, has so much under his belt and still so modest. I've never seen any interviews with Nathan before and took an instant liking to him after this one.
Impressive!! Once again, Nathan's full of surprises!! By the way, it would be cool if the volume of the live bass was louder than the song, so that we can enjoy Nathan at his best 😊
I record most everything in 1 take. That's part of my gimmick. One-man recording studio, usually able to record a song in just hours. Then it takes 200 more hours for post production LOL But that's because I wear every hat. I do every job. No time for multiple takes.
Footloose Danger Zone I’m All Right Nerds in Paradise song(most forget that one) 😆 I’ve had quite a lot of people think Lyndsay Buckingham’s Holiday Road, was Loggins. He does sound a bit Loggins’y on it. 😂

What a kick ass bass part! Nathan - you're the MAN!
Great guy, great player. He came through the studio on many an occasion.

That's why Nate is first call!

Sick. Sick. How much fun to sit next to an amazing talent like that and watch him jam.
Impressive!! Once again, Nathan's full of surprises!!

You can’t forget the other phenomenal talent on this record Tris Imboden.
A man who obviously loves his craft…so it’s fair to say Nathan East never worked a day in his life…😂

Great video! It would be nice if you put his name in the title
Great song! Though I must admit I have a little preference for the other Loggins’ title on the soundtrack (I’m free) 😏

Lee Sklar
1.30 min question?????
how did my memory hide how nasty this bass line is?
