Another great video! I just picked up a 2010 Super Cab 6.2 Raptor and the sunroof is in desperate need of a full rebuild, your videos were super helpful (and entertaining) for preparing for both the track swap and this seal!
Off-topic note: you should do a video on how to swing down/remove the rear seatbacks in the SCAB config. I see lots of info for the Crew Cab rear seatbacks, but nothing for SCABS! Thanks for the great content!

This video made me aware the glass section has a seal. I thought it was just part of the glass fixture. Ive been chasing a small leak for months now. Its dripping out of the front passenger grab handle. Im now off to find this seal 🙌🏻. Probably won’t fix the problem but worth a shot Edit: my glass sits low in the back, i didnt know it was that easy to adjust.

We've actually heard this from a lot of people, so you're in good company. Glad we could help and good luck, we hope it fixes it. Thanks for commenting!

@@MotorsandMischief looks like its gonna be the satellite antenna on the roof. Bad design and doesn’t drain properly, gets old or loose and lets water in underneath. I hope thats the fix. Im tired of looking lol

I permanently disabled the sunroof in my raptor. F that ... Got stuck open on me once. I fixed it then i disabled it. I only use the rear window slider now. I do apply atp-205 on the seal every few months. Ill spray it in ..
Alot of it and let it soak in.

It would not be the first time we got a sunroof closed and then disabled it. Had an Audi A4, one of the kids decided to open the sunroof during a snowstorm. Dad's voice yelling "Noooooooo" as little 8 year old fingers pawed the sunroof, that Dad new was broken, open. Took 20 minutes in a blizzard to force that thing shut. Pulled the fuse when we got home and never used the sunroof again lol.

Did you order this seal from Ford online?

We got it through a Ford Parts store online, so not Ford direct but an authorized Ford online reseller.
