I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida just a better beautiful city with beautiful beaches and restaurants and communities.

Good question. However I give it to Legacy West.
Nah, Watters Creek is better. Much more friendly feeling and cozy shops to visit. Visiting Legacy West always feels like a major excursion with a lot of little hassles. Just my opinion.
