Wow, that's harsh, withholding his diploma like that. I was allowed to process at my graduation even though I still had one more class to complete. I believe if you only have one more class, they allow you to walk. Now that I think of it, I wonder if I actually got my degree...well, I didn't get a yellow legal pad paper, I know that much.
