Love your content! For a future, please share your favorite Instax wide shoots! I love how you write the settings down. It helps me to figure out the best settings for my liking in each scenario!
thank you for this! i already have the wide and i noticed the mini printer doesnt give the same quality so i was wondering if the wide printer since its newer was different. found alot of people comparing the devices but not the photos, needed this!
thanks 4 sharing this, all my doubts are gone. its so great that someone tell us about the quality. in my opinion the mini printter has better quality than the wide printter. i'm waiting my sp3 printter so exciting
I can confirm the magenta tint on the link wide, it's a little annoying. Changing the tint to something more green before printing also didn't cancel out the effect either just made the print even worse
Thanks for the feedback! I might play around with it to see if I can correct it. I imagine fuji could correct it simply by doing a app update, unless there is some physical limitations to the printing head (the light source in the printer).
Can you make a video how to use WIDE 300 with external flash? I know it doesn't have a hot shoe but you can use external flash in wireless slave mode. In slave mode when Your external flash detect flash from WIDE 300 it will fire almost at same time. I wonder how much improvement I can expect from it
Not that simple. I have many videos on the flash on Instax. The wide 300 does not have slow shutter so in most cases if you just cover the flash indoors you will get underexposed images.
I have a question . My friend had the instax and she said the pictures get darker and darker with the time, once they are printed. Have you had this problem with the instax wide? I dont want darker pictures when I see them after some years 😔😔😔😔😔
Instax prints develop about 95% in around 3 minutes. They fully develop in about 20 hours. During that time they will darken very slightly. But after that they have good longevity and color fastness. I've had Instax prints for over 7 years with no change. I know others who've had them longer that look the same as the day they were shot. I wouldn't worry. Your friend may have gotten a bad batch.
before 2009 instax film developed in 3 minues and after 10 minures was totally stop;after 2009 pictures develop in 1 minutes and half and pictures dark beetween 1,30 minutes and 3 minutes;your friend see after 1 or 2 minutes picture and his mind remenber "start "picture, not stable definitely pictures whit white opaciofier totally dissolve and he believe that pictures darken because has passed months or year but is a fake remenber of the mind

Best review so far!!!!
The magenta tone comes from the Rich mode (default). If you go to settings you can change it to the standard mode and make it look more balanced.

Thank you so much. I was debating between them. But I’ll go more for the printer link.

I think it was a mistake to compare the darkened 300 photo to the printed photo. The auto pic from the 300 would have been a better comparison.

Did you guys try different colored tints to cancel out the magenta? This would be a huge let down if there isn't a fix.
Can peel and stick the photos we've printed?

Thank you for making this video. 😁
My pleasure 😊
Is it safe for the Fujifilm printer to use 1-2 years expired instax mini film? I read that it might leak on the printer rollers etc. Thanks
I just got a instax wide 300 with 4 years expired film, works great 😅
close the flash with your hand in door pictures
