I pressed the like button before even see the video, because I was sure it would be really helpful and complete! Now I saw the review and I wasn’t disapointed. Thanks!!
Thank you for your completed comparison of these two of instax cameras coz it’s not easy to find this kind of video in my area (Asian) like this that you made!! It’s very useful to me to choose the one I really need ❤ very appreciated.
Really useful comparison. I was between both but towards the Mini EVo and not disappointed, I'll definitely go for it. Thanks for sharing your feedback, it was super useful and clear.
Thank you very much for the detailed review and comparison. I was also having a hard time procrastinating between the two. After watching, I took the plunge and got myself an Evo. The image quality is definitely more crisp and detailed as compared to LiPlay. :)
Hey great video! I have a question. Dont you think the LiPlay takes/prints photos more like instant/polaroid camera? The pictures printed from the Evo look more like a standard good quality digital camera. LiPlay gives that vintage or traditional instant/polaroid camera look to photos. The older cameras in the instax mini series e.g. the mini 90 and the mini 40 also give the same look as the LiPlay to photos. It would be great to have your advice. I cant really decide between the Evo and the LiPlay. Which one should i buy
I tried both, bought the LiPlay first then sold it to get the evo, personally I prefer the evo it has better quality better lighting or exposure and the camera looks really good if you’d go for looks xD the LiPlay was decent but didn’t like how it darkens the pictures and it does look like the pictures from instax mini cameras which are always dark and not very detailed. Choice is yours go with what you prefer
lt's really hard for me to pick or choose between one of the 2, both have diff good feature. I generally think the liplay printed film looks better than the evo but for the picture in the camera l think evo looks better. l've watched many video of both camera comparison but still can't decide. l'm planning to buy it for traveling, taking random pictures with my family and l'll also be using some of the films. I'm also looking for a camera that shows the reality of what we see or looks similar to the iPhone camera (both when printed and when taking a pic) and last longer because l'm not planning to change the camera every year when instax release a new one. So, which one would u recommend to me?
Love this video it's rlly in depth and detailed but I have one questione wich of these 2 cameras do you think is better for taking and printing phothose in the dark or in rooms with lower light?
Thanks for this extensive review! I have the LiPlay and thought the films I bought was fake because the images I print looked strange. So it was green-ishly weird all along and that's just how it is.
Great review! Just bought Mini Evo and found out there is also Instax LiPlay which is less expensive. Thank you for making me realize to just stick with my Mini Evo.
Liplay looks more like old camera feel in its prints… already got the evo because of this video and will probably get either the liplay or wide 400 for more retro feeling pictures… this evo is for fun shots and prints…
ChatGPT: "The Fujifilm INSTAX Mini EVO uses a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery (not user-replaceable). Specifically, it has a NP-45S battery type, which is integrated into the camera body. The NP-45S lithium-ion battery, used in devices like the Fujifilm INSTAX Mini EVO, has an average lifespan of 300 to 500 full charge cycles before its capacity begins to noticeably degrade. This translates to about 2-3 years of regular use, depending on factors like charging habits, storage conditions, and usage intensity."
Can I ask, do either of the cameras allow you to take pictures without printing straight away? I'm looking for my daughter and don't want to waste film on accidental photos of her feet!
@@matejphoto I ordered both as the Evo wasn't to arrive until late March but they both came on the same day. I've only opened the Evo as that was the one I really wanted. I also have an optical viewfinder coming for it. I like the looks of the Liplay but probably will return it...

Evo comes in brown and black now.
I can't find Instax mini evo in stock anywhere, if you find it in stock, can you share a link please?
I looked around and you are right, seems to be out of stock everywhere. I think you will have to wait a few weeks.
Adorama has it in stock right now for $199.99
It said that printing films can lasts 100 only and the battery is not changeable. And disposed after it runs out. Is still worth buying it?

No. All film is glossy.

here they have a difference of 90 dollars in price.. n im still confused
