I love lists so many notes to myself, and then throw them all away because I get overwhelmed with how many notes and lists I’ve written over and over and over again but it’s still the best I found for me
I'm gonna send this to my research group. I can't baby them about how to write a simple definition and explanation. The worst part is that I already caught them usinf chatgpt, why are they even asking me to check the grammar as well :((
Mental load hack: Keep a perpetual Google Keep or Notes list for each event so you only have to think of it once. Example: Create a SWIM BAG list that you can update easily as you think of new things to add to the swim bag Even better, share the lists with your partner so you both can see when an item is checked off and what else needs to be packed

They do but " it's different" theure getting paid and their jobs on the line.. so ironic family is too but they dont see it
