did I see an AC unit? How long can you run it and how many watts does it pull?
YES I HAVE A SMALL 5000 BTU AC UNIT THAT FITS IN THE WINDOW PERFECT. IT DRAWS ABOUT 600 WATTS ON LOW. IM GOING TO GET A SOFTSTART FOR IT. MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE ON STARTUP. 👍
Where did you say this is? S Dakota? My husband use to go pheasant hunting oit that way. I miss having all the goo game and birds in freezer. He died almost 11 years ago. Between that and having to move (long story, lives within national seashore on an island with no bridges, life estste for his life from the parks conception in 1972) and pandemic and… life can sure change and throw some curve balls you’d never expect. I admire you for keeping on…. I downsized a lot and thinking of maybe even more. Tossing around ideas of what to do. It’s a whole different world. I read what you wrote in the top here, so I hope you find some relief soon. Not able to get disability? Im sorry you e gone through a physical problem where you can’t work. I really like your set up. Im 56 and in the last 11 years I feel I’ve aged so much- stress. I think of getting a travel trailer and hitting the road. My father took us all over us and across canada and all over and it was such a wonderful experience. Went from louisiana up west coast all way across canada from Great Lakes area to BC. Down wash-ca, Yosemite-… back down to louisiana . I guess a year. Greatest experience - only stayed at national and state parks unless there wasn’t anything. I have always had the travel bug. 🤠
