11 years ago I was about 3 years old and haven’t heard this song since I was a toddler,( I am 15 now) the chills run down my spine listening to this beautiful song. God showed this to me today and strengthened my faith. Thank you god🙌🙌😊
This song builds up so naturally, and the harsh vocals in the climax fit that so well. Definitely my favorite version of this song! (Including mine)

Never would I have said that a shout/scream type of noise (don't even know what to call it) would sound awesome in a worship song.... til now. So amazing and artfully done. The passion in this song is so great. And it is for Jesus, for whom we should have all our beings crying out, as this song's lyrics say. Great song!

I heard this waaay back in highschool and the bridge fucking ended me. Been going crazy trying to look for this cover for the LONGEST. so many beautiful memories with this song. such a powerful cover.

I have listened to this song so many times and am now just hearing that double kick fill towards the end when he is screaming. Props to the drummer, added some intensity over an already epic part.
This has been my favorite song ever since it was released in 2012. In August of 2014, I lost my best friend to suicide, and this song really helped me through it, along with other songs by Digital Age, David Crowder, and Switchfoot. The situation that happened is one that I will never fully get over, but I know that I can trust in God to help me through it.

The love the Lord shows to his people is greater than any sorrow. I lost my mom and my friends turned on me. But when I feel the love of God fill my heart, I forget the former things for that time He is with me. He lives his people and have everything for them.

I'm tired of just whispering His name behind rocks and being this ridiculous lukewarm christian, I'm fed up with my same old routine, I'm doing my best to give it all to Him.. so I'm gonna go ahead and climb the tallest mountain I can find and start screaming "He is God!" GOOD NESS!! I LOVE THIS SONG, praise God for y'all's talents! It's a great ministry :)
The passion behind the voice on the shout it verse the second time through man. Few things get me as excited about my faith as seeing someone else's passion in their faith. Jesus is so good. :)

It literally makes the song for me Everytime I here this song and someone doesn't scream that verse I feel like it just kills it. That worship song is suppose to invoke that kind of war cry from us
4:51 - "Shout.." and so forth to the end riff, is PURE worship in its entirety. The heart came out, was felt, and message taken. Great interpretation. The harmony was CRAZY awesome. I'm pretty sure the LORD smiled.

Wow. I remember listening to this song back in 2012 to lift my spirits when I was still in high school thinking I lived a stressful life. Now 6 years later I find it here again, as a United States Marine. Having gone through hell with family struggles and hardcore training i've just fell short w/ my relationship with God 😔 First note on that guitar brought tears to my eyes. I miss you Jesus.
Juan, God still loves you, please know that, indeed you've seen some hellish situations as a marine, know that God never left you nor has He ever forsook you. You are very welcome to come into His Presence and Throne Room again. It is quite interesting to hear the different variations of this song, as in this version they play the first in 9/4, and the second in 7/4. In contrast, All The Sons & Daughters plays it all in 4/4 and Shane & Shane plays both verses in 7/4

The setup in their practice room has such a wondrous, ethereal look. I love the lightbulbs, reminds me of "Illuminate". What a great reminder of the light of God when you're playing music.
At 3:59...I get chills picturing Angels descending as they sing this over mankind. And then the Lord appears! Oh what a Glorious day that will be.

Things have been going so poorly for me as of late. I have been making terrible decisions. I have been hurting those that I love. I have been hurting myself. Today I decided I didn't want to hurt anymore and that I needed some help. I came across this song today, I'm not sure even how. I've listened to it about 20 times already. I don't know what tomorrow is going to bring, but right now I'm feeling better than I have in some time. I know that God never left me, I left him, but I feel like maybe it's time to let him back in. I am not sure who put this up, but thank you very much. From the bottom of my heart, you have no idea how much this has touched me today. Thank you to the Digital Age for recording this, and seeing with such passion that it has awoken something in me that has been missing for some time.

i got into a car crash this afternoon. on the way back from church, i had not gotten enough sleep, and 2 minutes away from my house i had closed my eyes for a few seconds and veered off into the opposite lane, hitting trees. NO cars had been coming, and i was unharmed. at first frustrated and angry at myself for being foolish, i realized that God had protected me, and given me another chance. Praise the Lord.
