I still dress in 80s clothing, listen to 80s music and go to 80s nightclubs. My cousin found a club with bands that play 80s music and people dress in 80s clothing. She always poofs up and makes my hair bigger whenever we go. We have a blast each time we go. There are a few other clubs we go to that play music from that decade, which are surprisingly filled with 20 year olds who didn't grow up with that music. 80s music 🎶 ruled!!
As someone who is in his early 20s. I can tell you we love 80's music and the vibes from that time. This is thanks too our parents and media overall and we would like to bring this type of music back but unfortunately most of the artists who are trying too don't get any recognition at all. Me i like new wave and hi-nrg those are my favorite i actually just found this band today.
i dont remember when i first discovered Pseudo Echo but i dont think i even knew they existed in 84, but when i did discover the Autumnal Park album i could never understand how it had not been as huge of a smash as Duran Durans Rio album. there really is such a thing as putting out an amazing album a year or two too late and some great bands have been screwed that way.
Good point. I still dress in 80s clothing, listen to 80s music and go to 80s nightclub. My cousin found a club with bands that play 80s music and people dress in 80s clothing. @@GrumpyBear_ Actually, they were in pretty heavy rotation on MTV; however, by the time they hit the US airwaves, hair bands were taking over, and synth pop was on the way out…
I love PIERRE PIERRE Today love since 1984 He is still so very hot to this day, Got to meet him once at the Ritz. In July 1987 . Such a nice person. I wanted to hug him, and he let me!! I almost passed out. I was 19 years old
Loved some of the synths they used in this. Even tho I was into real* music at the time..lol...*real - stylized copykat 60s retro inner Melbourne paisley and big guitars playing three chords. (Huxton Creepers, Asleep at the Wheel, Le Hodoo Gurus..etc.) ..in case you had to know.
The Ritz Carlton July 1987 I've got to meet the band especially the one I love most Pierre Pierre he was so hot and he still is he was such a nice man I loved 👋 his Australian accent and he liked my Deep South accent !!
Anyone notice his stunt double holding the gun? He spoke about having a double during an interview. The double really resembled him. They did a good 👍 job 👏 finding him. I didn't notice the difference until he mentioned it.
My fortunate 500 company.. Boss just walked...said "WTF" is this, mind you he remembers the 80's (cause he's from the early 70s). I dont tho I'm from 86. Glad I discovered this criminally underrated band. I'll blast this soubd with the passion of a man who'll never "fit in".
I've heard it all before So many words That you've just closed the door If you notice The changes that you fear But now it's too late to see I say You say Weren't you listening Now it's too late You're not listening I say You say Weren't you listening Now it's too late You're not listening
Not sure if this is a love song. Sounds like they are transitioning into adulthood and seeing the world for what is really is. Someone is being framed for a crime they didn't commit and they need an alibi. Wonder who was wrongfully accused and what the crime was. Think they threw in some Relationship and romance lyrics to make the song more sellable.
Cool song, classical 1980s synth pop-rock. It's a shame about the video featuring a gun and rather old-fashioned jealousy that belongs less to our western culture and more to the grooving backwards and left behind eastern culture of Islam (guns and all). That's why the video isn't good, for central and western Europe at least it isn't great, but the song is great and the lyrics are okay.

This song should've been as big as the reflex by duran duran or big in japan by alphaville. Sadly Pseudo Echo didn't get the recognition it deserves.
Beautiful synth and dark sound. I love synth, dark and elegant pop music.
Same here
It's definitely dark wave. Depeche Mode's and the Cure's Musical Genre. I love that Genre. It's perfect whenever you're sad. 😢
One of the best from one of your best albums
Autumnal Park was their best album … 🎉
We loved the Autumnal Park album and this song in Poland in 84/85.

I feel honoured just to know of the existence of this song.
Absolutely 💖
It is a great song, innit?
My fave Aussie band. Brian has the best male voice in the land. Been a lifelong fan since age 15!

The 80s won't die if you let it lol

@@GrumpyBear_ Actually, they were in pretty heavy rotation on MTV; however, by the time they hit the US airwaves, hair bands were taking over, and synth pop was on the way out…
This one is not much ahead of Ultravox circa 1980.
Very, Very, Very Cool 💖
Pure 80's sound...
I remember those dreamlike days

This song came up in my head while watching WNUF Halloween Special and I just had to find and listen to it. Love it!

His voice is stunning. Wonder if he had singing or guitar lessons.

I've heard it all before
So many words
That you've just closed the door
If you notice
The changes that you fear
But now it's too late to see
I say You say
Weren't you listening
Now it's too late
You're not listening
I say You say
Weren't you listening
Now it's too late
You're not listening
🎶👍
They wanted to be like Japan. Check them out also.
The inspiration from ultravoux.
🖤🖤🖤
I Love this song the singer is so HOT
Brian Canham is his name and he sure was a hottie.
Is this Brian's fake account? haha. Great band. Very cool dude too.
A shame they changed direction after a brilliant debut album.
the inntro sample?
Why tryDee Snyder
Nice song but just know them for _his eyes_ from friday the 13th
It's a dark wave song.

At 20 seconds the song starts
well done
At 0:20 the song starts
the voice starts
Brian's scary when he gets angry 😠. Wouldn't want to get on his bad side. 😮

Shame, this band had everything...except the ability to craft a tune
Used to crush on the drummer ❤❤❤❤🖤🖤🖤🖤
