Love everything about this video. Content, style, asthestc & length. Keep em comin'. Bowl skating rocks!
The krooked grind way of explaining how to stay in the bowl for 5-0s is such a good tip. Thanks!
Like a backwards pinch!
@@ZackDowdy it worked! I thought this trick would be out of my skill level forever but, it feels so stable now! Even on the 2 foot of transition I practiced it on haha. I am stoked! Someday will work it up to bigger spots
If you'd like to see any specific transition trick tutorial - let me know below!
Getting smiths to come in on steep transition and pool coping please, I tend to hang up on them
I can stand up 5-0 and front fifty in bowls, but the smiths go to disaster
What you said about the water fall is spot on. Whenever I go straight down the water fall my feet slip. When I carve the gravity forces my feet to the board
Tip for rolling in to go parallel and not straight was really nice
Describing the front side standup weight distro and how the bowl pushes you around is excellent !
Great tips.
Good to see you back on it bud!
Thanks homie!
Videos like this are why you're the best at these types of videos, skill, knowledge, explanations, really great stuff man!!!
Thanks. Always appreciate your insight
best video about bowl skating I've watched!!!! Thanks!
The flat is lava is such a great tip.
Excellent period of instruction!

Impressive bowl skating Zack, I know it is even more impressive when seen in real life.

Really good advice
Love your insights Zack! Got some progress this year, first stand up 5050 in the deep end...frontside standup coming next skate season in Canada...big up🙌
Love to hear it brotha!!
Hey man I love your videos me and my friend watch all of videos you inspired me to start skating ❤
That makes me stoked!
More bowls vids zack!❤
As someone who rarely has access to bowls.... i guess i was trying to skate it like a mini ramp... oops. Thanks for explaining how to think about it
Had to stop the vid to give a thanks for your first tip, thanks!
Thabks Zack! Sick park. My new local in Nipomo has an awesome bowl but its all steep with vert and deep is like 10ft so lil harder to learn on. Guess I need to check out some other locals with mellower transition to learn 💕👍
Good tips I like bowls and mini bowl. I need help on my grinds and airs bs fs
Great video! Need tips on how to get over the hanging up mental block. I have mostly skated street but would love to get into transition. Hanging up on rock fakies and other tricks scares me.
Hi nice vid is there any advantages to riding softer bushings up front
Thanks Zack! What kind of skates would you recommend for bowls? I have a penny skate and was thinking about getting a longboard. But would recommend a regular skate?
are you riding 58's? with or without riser?
56mm no riser
u are so fashonable
