Agreed! My 1.3gl 2006 swift will easily do 0-60MPH in 9 seconds. Nice car. Nice engine. Nice sound above 4000rpm. Easy on fuel. Feels like a vtec beyond 4000rpm. Good solid japanese engineering, wel at least the engine is. This car in europe is made in Hungary, to Japanese specification.

I have a 1.3gl. absolutely luv it. I did the 0-60 in 9secs on a slight incline. Great engine. would recommend bosch super 4 spark plugs and wynns supercharge to thicken the oil slightly. appart from that mine is stock, well with alloys stripes body mouldings and spoiler of course! lol
This 92 hp engine takes the car to 100 kph quite easily. Impressive.

1st gen swift with 1.3 G13B was absolute gem. Though mileage was only 12kmpl but much better than current swift tincan.
