One of the qualities that I look for in a Kentucky Derby hopeful is a horse that has proven can triumph over adversity. This was a brave victory. Many of the current hopefuls have had it their way every race...I would love to see Far From Over crush it in the Kentucky Derby!
Michael Dominici Unfortunately he's off the trail :/ Condylar fraction knocked him out. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw him in the Classic this year or next year though. His connections definitely want him to race as a four year old.
Michael Dominici IDK. This year's field is just so deep that who knows what will happen. It's kind of crazy that an undefeated horse (in six starts, no less) is probably not going to be the morning line favorite. AP might not have the stamina but Dortmund CERTAINLY does.

I always remember this race, it was the first time I saw him run. It was indeed "far from over"! RIP Big Guy.

What a drag. Looks like we have the makings of a speed dual with American Pharaoh being the speed of speed and likely a short priced payout scenario.
