    Tip 1: don't buy high calorie treats
    Tip 2: eat low calorie dense foods
    Tip 3: buy/make your fav foods that are low in calories
    Tip 4: Be mindful of little things
    Tip 5: Don't drink your calories. Drink WATERR!!
    Tip 6: Plan out your meals that's suitable for you
    Tip 7: count calories and weigh your food
    Tip 8: Use scales to see progress
    Tip 9: exercise
    Tip 10: Handle your urge to binge

    I'm at 54 now,,my target is 50😫 it's taking too long yet I workout every single day and also on a diet

    I have 2 questions tho...do you have cheat days? and how long did it take for you lose the weight?

      So glad you found this vdo helpful :)
      I personally dont like cheatdays because i find having healthy moderate diet habits everyday is more satisfying for me. I prefer to want to eat yummy treats everyday compared to eating super strict everyday and letting go on cheatdays. But see what works best for you.
      I cannot remember exactly how long it took but its a gradual process :)

    What will happen if my diet reduce muscle mass?Can you give me some suggestions? Is muscle loss because of eating too less? What does muscle mass affects?

      From what i have researched, if the caloric deficit is too big there will be muscle loss. Muscle loss occurs when there is too big a deficit 😊
