I prefer to want to eat yummy treats everyday compared to eating super strict everyday and letting go on cheatdays. But see what works best for you. I cannot remember exactly how long it took but its a gradual process :)

From what i have researched, if the caloric deficit is too big there will be muscle loss. Muscle loss occurs when there is too big a deficit 😊
