Sera, I understand what you are conveying about a reaction. It doesn't have to be critical, it is whatever you want it to be. It can just convey your enjoyment or thoughts regarding the audio and video being presented. I think each Twice song presents their experience gained in the business and how they are utilising their craft. I'm OT9 Once and this song is one of their best in terms of one that will be popular. It ranks up there with Feel Special, DTNA and Can't Stop Me...
I feel the same way! All of Twice’s music is polished but this song feels so intentionally done. Not everyone has a ton of line time but each member is distributed so evenly throughout the song that you get to see every member significantly. Bright and fun, super catchy and it retains sounding like a kpop song without the English being awkward. English songs in kpop tend to be English versions where its either you can tell it was actually written in English originally and really sounded quite western regardless of language (eg. Helicopter by CLC) or was translated and comes off slightly stilted because Korean language can be more successfully sentimental in multiple genres compared to English (eg. any Stray Kids English version track). Then you have fully English song by groups that just sound directly like western songs (eg. Ice Cream or any of the English songs on The Album by Blackpink). I don’t have a problem with any of that but I do think it’s notable that The Feels _sounds_ like kpop in English rather than a western pop song sung by idols

So here they've come back with a fantastic, energetic song and a charming video that it seemed like they had a lot of fun making. As a fan, I'm happy to see that. It's almost perfect. What's missing is Jeongyeon dancing, so they always gives me a feeling of happiness tinged with sadness every time I see them perform now. It's a strange feeling much like when Mina was on hiatus.
