He’s got some good points. Some bad points. Wealthy people do diversify. The middle class are not in control. He’s right about good money placement and building to investment.

The formula has been spelt out from the being of the video. I haven't even finished watching this video yet and I got it already. Invest in yourself or invest in assets that will or are already bringing you money. In other words go get a training that will make you employable or invest in assets that will bring you lazy money. Whether you wanna call that returns or dividends is up to you. And once you got that started, scale it over and over and over again. Do you get it now?
@@lmncsay good distillation. The tricky part is picking the right properties that really cash flow or stocks that will keep paying dividends without losing too much of their value. Also for the stocks part you need insane amounts for the meager dividends to amount to something. In short, the simple formula is extremely difficult to put into a practice that will make you rich. Before this formula is applied you have to increase income BIG TIME. So you can buy a big property or lots of stock.
assets that make you money. whatever there is a high demand for. Right now it's housing.

Yup don't put all your eggs in one basket. I talked about this in my last video too. I can't imagine losing all retirement savings
I usually love Lewis and his interviews but this one has no content except buy some sketchy marketing schemes from me. No content. No learning. Buy classes and be big. Sounds like another get rich quick scheme 😒
