Tuning a kick is way easier than how you do it. Just right click the waveform in channel settings, choose edit, then it opens up Edison. Click the 'regions'' button and select 'detect pitch regions'. It will automatically show you what key it is on. If it says A for instance, you go to channel settings -> misc and and the bottom you can change the root note by RIGHT clicking the key that Edison said the kick was in. In my example it was A, so you select A. You usually select the key left of the center C, otherwise youre pitching it up an octave. If you accidentally left click the pianokeys, just click reset to remove the selected area.

Jon Camacho this might be late but another way to do it is highlight it click the drop down arrow in sylenth on the top left corner click browse parameters it will then show up in fl studio right click on it and hit create automation
