VeggieTales is one of favourite childhood animations of all of my time. I watched this whole interview. It touched me and then I went to the book store to order Me Myself and Bob to read. I love Phil's work on VeggieTales, and I always wanted to be like him and Walt Disney. 👍

I so recommend reading his memoir Me, Myself & God. They were some of my earliest memories, and of course as a tiny kid you can never imagine what he and his beginning company had to go through! It is honestly an INCREDIBLE memoir and an awesome testimony to God. So interesting, if you're a fan of VeggieTales you absolutely must read it. I'd love to meet Phil!
My family loves Veggie Tales. They've been a big part of our two oldest sons growing up and now we find ourselves buying them all over again on DVD for our latest addition. But, one thing troubles me about this video. It's at the 4:00 mark. It's a misunderstanding about personal responsibility that I hope hasn't spilled over into the message of Veggie Tales. "Why did God let this happen?" Because God doesn't interfere with free will. He'll let you screw up if you want to.
