HAWT....Darn. :P That was a trip. Well put together lots of fun. Gotta say though Beaker Bop was my JAM growing up, bit of a Shame you didn't like it. I'd add that I was so proud of myself as a kid beating Josh and that Big Wall. I may reach out though I'd like to get some footage of some Veggietales Game play.
Glad you liked it! I really wanted to like Beaker Bop, especially since a lot of other people seem to enjoy the series. I kinda wonder if I was too harsh on it? Either way, I knew it was gonna be my most controversial take. What footage are you looking for? I may be able to help.
@@dorkondemand May have been, but It's not like I'm crying over it. I know nostagia and Rose covered Glasses tend to cover a lot. Actually any Larryboy Game footage. I'm working on a huge Larryboy evolution Video, and While I don't spend much time on the games I do mention power ups and abilities showcased in them.
Not gonna lie, that Queasy Rider comic story also creeped me out as a kid Now that I’m older, I’m still creeped out by how dark it gets towards the end (especially with the cliff)
4:15 It's archived on Flashpoint 11:15 The Larryboy ones are also archived on Flashpoint, and the reason why the flash emulator didn't work with those is because those aren't made with Flash, same with a lot of Big Idea Fun's games, they are made with Shockwave.
Wow, this was a really fun watch! I remember some of these, and I forgot a few others, but seeing these brought the memories back. Thanks for the nostalgia trip :D I agree, I really liked Light Brigade! And oh my gosh, Larry's Lab! I loved that! It's so silly :D
Revisiting these games takes me back to 2010, I can now picture a 9-year-old me sitting at my Windows xp computer at the edge of the kitchen, eating mint chocolate chip ice cream and playing on Big Idea Fun and other kids sites. Ahhh, good times.
SAME!!! VeggieTales was literally my only interest as a kid. I was very disappointed when the website changed. My interest still remains as an adult. A few years ago I did a play through of the Larry-Boy website and Coconut Apes with my friend from the channel Swiftness Studios. By the way, I just achieved my life-long dream of upgrading literally every episode I had on VHS to the 2002-2004 DVD releases.
Although I didn't grow up in the late-early 2000's, the only games I remember playing would be the 3-2-1 Penguins games. I'd imagine this was post-BigIdeaFun's shutdown, so I'm assuming this was on the Veggietales site or elsewhere entirely. I remembered almost every 3-2-1 Penguins game, yet literally none of the Veggietales games. So weird.
@@dorkondemand Forgot that show also aired on Qubo, and maybe another channel I had, so yeah That’s probably the reason why I can only recall 3-2-1. I definitely wouldn’t have passed up on Veggietales flash games since I had the PS2 game.
17:17 Interesting considering the best Veggietales game by far is a Larryboy game (you know what one I'm talking about if you grew up with a PS2), note I didn't even know Big Idea Fun existed before today
Really good ranking video! Though as a fellow VeggieTales historian, I feel obligated to point a couple things out [that others haven't]: 1. For the Ship Lander game, pressing the spacebar keeps it afloat, making it a lot easier. Hell, I've managed to beat it quite a few times since I've figured it out. 2. While you _can_ automatically solve the puzzles in Thumbles, solving them on your own plays a little animation of Bob, Larry, or Junior winking, dancing, and hopping respectively
Thanks for watching! I'm a fan of your content myself. :) And thanks for the tips. I'm planning on a followup video at some point so I'll be sure to include this info.
18:22 Did I just hear Hoops and Yoyo? Aside from that, I have a lot of great memories from these games. And I completely agree that “Larry’s Lab” is at the top of the list! Great review!
Sweat 'n sumo does have an outcome where you beat Apollo gourd. was a LONG time ago but my general guess is get a high enough overall score and larry will end up winning the match. (I seem to remember the jump rope and sushi segments being how my younger self got a large amount of points to make up for the garbage bags and can jump segments)
I didn't include them because they were technically located on the Jonah site. BigIdeaFun.com had a Jonah "section," but it was simply a redirect. I'll definitely cover those games one day though; gotta talk about Moby Blaster!
I’m pretty sure veggie eggs had different questions each time back in the 2000s but also I was like 5 so what do I know. Also how did you access these games?
Thank you for your kind words. Most of my content hasn't been like this, but this style of videos is going to become my main focus moving forward. I hope you enjoy what I have planned next. :)
Put all of the ingredients in order, except switch the order of Hydrolyzed Chaosomay and Deoxegynated LMNOP. If you click on Larry in the game, he'll tell you the secret formula.
"I'm a VeggieTales historian" You and I would get along very, very well.
Oh wow I remember playing a great chunk of these games! The nostalgia is outrageous!! 😆🥒🍅
I was going to type something similar, so instead I'll say I agree. :)
Me too, I remember playing with all of them as a kid 😊

I love Q-bert and 321 penguins. I also really love veggietales.
I was wondering if someone did a retrospective of these games! You can see some of them in the background of the 321 Penguins episode "More Is More."
Yeah, I noticed that! A friend and I watched the entire series recently and it took us by surprise.

Is the inclusion of audio for each entry inspired by Schaffrillas Productions?
Do you think it's possible that Beaker Bop 3 will ever be fixed ??
I curated The Scramblo-matic's hard mode, and it just got added to Flashpoint!
Oh my gosh, thank you! I'll check it out!
Hey again, so uh... How can I access it? I may be overlooking something, but I can't find it, just the easy mode.

It is hoops and yoyo
Does anyone have a good way to find these games again? I miss Hop in particular
Most are available on Flashpoint! That's how I played the majority of these games for the video.

I wished I could play that game called Duke and the Great Pie War.
Good news, you can! Just download Flashpoint and you can play all the games that were on this video. :)
I need your help. What should I know about before I download Flashpoint?
Used to spend hours on this site! My favorite was always the tetris one because they would all jump off at the end!
Larry's lab could also be filled with LORE
