If you don't feel anything then you don't have the wires connected but you'll definitely feel the pulses on the pad in that area so don't go too high just start low and work your way up slowly and you should be able to feel it. If it's still not working if everything connected right then you might have a bad device or bad wire or bad pads and then you probably have to contact the company.
The biggest downfall for these over the counter TENS units is the use of expensive multiple AAA or 9V batteries or an USB built in non-replaceable rechargeable internal batteries, but the biggest con is the non-adjustable pulse rate and pulse width. Get a real professional grade FDA and GSA approved TENS unit like a PMT Ultima U5, U20, UCombo or TENS AA for around the same amount of money or even less, these are the units that are used by hospitals and chiropractors. You can tell if a TENS unit is professional grade simply if the pulse rate and pulse width is adjustable and they only use two AA batteries as hospital are not going to stock different types of batteries in their inventory for their devices. AA batteries provide the best capacity, availability, longevity and affordable cost over all the other battery options.
Have you tried that YK15RC, are the models different/similar as described by the manufacturer? Can all four, A1/A2 B1/B2 have independent settings, or does A1 & A2 have to be set the same but can be different the B1/B2? Online reviews are mixed.

Is it safe for leg ulcer as long as I don't use it close to the wound. Thanks
Hmm. Be careful and try on a low setting, but you might want to check with your Dr.

I have not. All 4 cannot work separately. A1/A2 work as a zone and B1/B2 work as a zone.
Having difficulty to turn on.. put the battery and no working? Can you please explain
I would suggest to reach out to the company to ask.
I could not see how you changed the selection numbers - it was below the camera
Do you have the device yet? If not, when you get it, feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
@@SidsTips Yes I have the device. After clicking on the manual options I saw the numbers change. Thanks!!
