@@ArchitectureOpinion so if my plot size is 2400sqft, for 100-115 range it is 276000. Isn't it less? I get quotes which started from 4L to 4.5L fixed fee for 2400sqft.
@@ArchitectureOpinion Would you charge the same if plot size is 1000 sq ft but built-up is different? Say 1000 sq ft plot but BU is 800 sq ft and 1000 sq ft but BU is 1200 sq ft.... would you charge the same for both according to your plot area basis fee structure?

Tum Architecture mai admission jarur lena , but think twice agar actual mai passion ho to hi Lena kyu ki , muje Drawing mai interested tha isliye maine Architecture liya aur ab construction sikhana pad raha hai 😅 aur clg accha lena jis clg mai at least 30 students to ho esa hi clg lena , aur students nhi hoge clg mai to udhar jane ka bhi dil nhi karta bhai , Architecture means only construction 😁 no matter for design , no matter for Drawing , mai to ye sochta hu ki council of Architecture ne nata mai drawing kyu rakhi hai bhai , ye COA galat pattern bana raha hai exam , sala zand kardi hamari zindagi is COA ne , pehele to Drawing ko hata dena chahiye Nata ki exam se , kyu idhar Drawing ka koi importance hai hi nhi ,Aur 5 saam sikhne ke baad construction company mai job karte rahne ka bas , concrete , rcc , brick sab bakvas is liye bhai think twice before joining Architecture 😅 baki tumari marji mai demotivate nhi kr raha tume jo actual mai hai wahi bata raha hu

As per indian government COA an architect fees is 7.5 %
That's the professional fees even some architects charge 15% percent for the projects
Client believing as has and invest huge money on this projects based on our designs of one error happens that would loss more than design fees
Can you ask the doctor why your are charging lakhs of rupees for one surgery
Depends on the experienced. Too much for inexperienced architecture
I'm charging 1.5 times this fee and have designed around 300 buildings till date. So people can definitely pay and they do when they understand. It depends on client if someone has 3 to 5 crores construction budget they don't mind paying 10 to 15 lacs to the architect and his engineers and interior or landscape designers. Even for someone with less budget for construction like 50 lacs, they can pay 2 to 4 lacs easily. If someone has this much money and still thinks 4% is too much or100 to 150 rs per sft is too much they should be ashamed of themselves for being so selfish.

Structure drawing architect cannot give.
There is no thumb rule that what architect can give or what's not. If I talk about any G+2 residence, then yes, Architect can give structure drawing, MEP drawing etc.
