- Nvidia (NVDA) and other mega-cap tech stocks have driven the stock market’s performance in recent years, but there are good reasons to believe that the expected falling-rate environment could be a big catalyst for real estate stocks. In fact, while I understand that this is a bold prediction, I believe a basket of three specific real estate stocks have the potential to beat the high-flying chipmaker between now and 2025, and I explain exactly what they are in this short video.

Thanks, Matt, for making the "bull" case for EPR, O and VICI, all of which I own and have owned for some time. Good stuff!
Top Golf has major issues. If EPR is boasting about Top Golf, their management needs their heads examined.
Lol...is a very bold statement! 😂😂
Thanks for the video. Subscribed. Do you recommend any ETFs?
… Interesting prediction. As a shareholder of Nvidia Realty, income, and Vici… We’ll see if you’re right in a year or so…
I don't know that they'll beat NVDA or even tech in general. But all of my REITs have been absolutely ripping now that rate cuts are pretty much guaranteed. I wish I had more fresh cash back when rates jumped to buy these all up when they were in the bargain basement.
EPR O VICI
Video’s great but really with TAM of $35T for AI, do you really think it will beat ? Will see 😊
Just over the next year. I would NEVER take that bet over a 10-year period or anything like that!
Where's Prologis?
What about prologis?
A solid stock as well. I just think the higher-yielding REITs have slighly more to gain as rates fall.
