VA Claim Process Inconsistencies (DBQ's, Exams etc.)

Thank you mr Kimble for all the information you put out there on RUclips, your the real deal, not too many like you, I’m kind of stuck in the mud , and don’t want to do anything else until I get my cfile. (Put in for it back in may) I have Carmella helping me out now. I spend a lot of time on the road and have learned a lot in the last 8 months! Education is the key!

I just got denied for disability comp for tbi, arthritis, amnesia, and femur injury. Denied for everything… so I’m now trying to contact a rep to help me appeal i guess :(

they are setting you up for exploitation,,for a copie cat processing,, now you go and get a lawyer,,the same info in your file go to this lawyer,,he charges you a fee,,then BAMM it is granted,,the lawyer made some money and the person that turned your case over to the lawyer made some money also.THAT IS THE AMERICAN WAY,,we are tax payers and they look at us like we got to pay for everything we get....

If a primary care doctor prescribe meds for treating Gerd can that be used as a diagnosis that the patient has been diagnosis with having Gerd.
