Very good review on a very good game. The French and Indian war add on is a must have also. To add even more scenarios try out "French and Indian war battle pack".

Bill, thank you for the kind words. I plan on doing a mini review of the French & Indian War expansion, more like 10 minutes (it's hard for me not to ramble!). Keep watching and let me know what games you'd like to see reviewed.

I have all the previous Hold the Line games. I'd really love to be able to buy the new rulebooks, scenarios, and charts separately.

I have a question(s) on the game rules... I'm confused about bringing on the reinforcements for the British in the Concord scenario. There are 4 hexes you can start bringing on units in turn 10.... so firstly I assume you can only bring on part of them in turn 10, and then more as you open up those hexes correct? Secondly... does it cost VP to bring units onto the arrival hexes, or is that a free move to start laying them onto the hexes as a starting point? Lastly, can you move those units on the turn they appear... or is coming onto the board considered their turn? THANK YOU SO MUCH for this beautiful edition of the game... my son is currently studying The Revolutionary War in 8th grade, and this has been a fantastic way to spend the weekends and learning more about our nation's great history together!!!
