Everyone counting Trevor out saying he will be too far behind on swim, But I'm telling you they better hope he's not close to front off the Bike, Because he will be coming!
The problem is that front pack on the bike moves fast, catching or even keeping even with them takes a big energy expenditure which costs on the run. We’ll see 🤞
It was nice to meet you in Augusta with Lionel. I am going to Kona with my family. Hope I can get another Picture with you guys. If you need a hot tub or a place to do laps I have Air bnb in kailua Kona. let me know.
Good commentary on how high-volume, lower-intensity training affects athletes differently. More aerobically gifted athletes actually need to train “easy” at lower intensities than their more anaerobically gifted counterparts because the aerobic system “dominates” the anaerobic system which results in lower perceived intensities at comparable aerobic system workloads. Great video
I think coming into Kona only 3 days before is a terrible decision. Especially having never raced the event before. Just to get some course recon would be ideal. Not sure you can cover all that 3 days before the race. But best of luck, will be routing for you
Coming from altitude I am thinking it is probably a good idea. Plus he avoids the stress of being there too early. And hopefully he has already done his heat adaption.
@@LarryFitzpatrick-v8m I didn't know what company it was, but I knew it was a logo. Trevor doesn't mention the company. He just calls it a cute little gorilla. Needs the product placement.

It’s super expensive to stay in Kona during October
Hopefully he’s done plenty of heat prep
@@troycollett8540correct. Too $$$$ for a young athlete

Interesting he didn’t name Lionel as one of the top guys…😮😮😮
Bro said a 2:30 marathon wasn't that hard
I think that gorilla logo is used already by Baekegard
Thought the same thing. And Sebi. Figured it was a trademarked logo.
You understand the 🦍 is for the company “hep.” lol

Is it me or Trevor looks a little bit too heavy now ? Maybe he's eating too many carbs
He actually looks very fit
So strong looking.
It's just you. Also, it is a specific intention to have an extra pound or two available. That's fuel.
This guy is a clone of Mark Allen 💪
