Forced to suck my dick, now granted I do play well but only because I've always played solar well warlock since I started playing at the beginning of beyond light and I didn't even know well was meta but if someone ever told me to change my build or another build I feel like running I would just leave and find another group. Like I'm sorry the word meta is honestly redundant in this game meta literally just means "clear mission in shorter time" except for like maybe gms but even then you could get by with some meh guns and build if you're good enough. You don't need well for anything in the game it just makes people not have to try in dps phases

@JRZTT If you are falling and you activate warlock glide, you're still falling. That's not versatile. It's just barely a jump ability.
@@Theworldssmoothestbrain I mean you can choose where to drop, like mid way through the jump something hunter can't. It went further than both titan and hunter without any weapon or skill support. Test on building in Neomuna, only wl make it through. Titan almost make it but not, and hunter the shortest. if you triple jump from high place if you drop, then you lost hp but with warlock you can slow the drop for safety.
I used to hate Warlock jump so much at the beginning, but when I get use to it, I realized it much better than other. But to each there own.

Okay but we also gotta take into account that Ikora is canonically in like the top 1% in terms of a guardian's strength, and we don't really hear anything about Shaxx's outside of him being a primary force against the fallen in the fight at the old Russia wall, so it's safe to say he's top 20% at best.

Void is insanely good in endgame solo flawless encounters for at least one raid (VoG)
Warlocks canonically can pull off some of the most ridiculous feats in lore. Funnily enough, it turns out a titan managed to pull off a nova bomb big enough to make a crater. XD
Also, don't forget that they have some of the greatest mobility tech in game, being able to launch across maps at mach 5

Titans are the best in destiny 2 and here's why.
1# Crayons taste good.
2# Simplicity, why mess with big brain stuff like shadebinder or anything else when punching stuff gets the job done.
3# Peak fasion, when you wanna look like a battle hardened knight, Cyberpunk rockstar or even like you just coloured your titan with every crayon in the box. Titan fasion has you covered!
4# Satisfaction, nothing quite tickles me more then looking a dungeon boss in the eye and beating him to death with synthoceps and one two punch. Especially before the space wizards and edgelords get a chance to setup their damage phase.
5# Versatility, Titans have a very varied kit for any situation weather you need to punch stuff, punch stuff harder, magically punch stuff or turn your face into a nuke then titans have the crayon for you!

You only need 2 pieces to be fire on a Warlock, the robes and the helmet. the rest don't mater cuz they're under the robes or not even noticeable in the first place. There is a small argument for gauntlets as well but they're kinda... optional IMHO.

Ikora has such a high kill count because shes always on mayhem mode. And it’s proven on a season cutscene where she pops nova bomb and warp in less than 30 sec. Plus warlock jump sucks.
Remember, whatever class you play, the most important is to keep having fun. If I play Hunter it's not because it's good (idk correct me if i'm wrong) but because it looks good and I love the dashes. And uh idk I may test Titan and Warlock at some point !

Helped a friend through legendary campaign with that. He was baffled that Stasis was actually good. Well that and Arc Hunter but that was another time.
I'm not sure if they're doing something with ophidians but that exotic is hella OP with no downsides in PVP.

coming back to destiny after a 3 year hiatus and looking at my characters since they’re all the same power, this video convinced me to finally main a warlock, and i’ve been a hunter main since d1 closed beta lmao
Bungie: we noticed Starfire protocol is operforming every other build in the game so to compensate we nerfed heart of inmost light, sythocep glaives, and shoulder charge for good measure

Osiris in immolant ll lore used three supers at the same time, dawnblade with two swords, a nova bomb and chaos reach.
Our guardian did beat shaxx 3-2 in the crucible.

Osiris may seem luck just a grouchy old accountant these days, but before he lost his light could obliterate literally any guardian there ever was. Homeboy could cast chaos reach, nova bomb, well, and daybreak back to back to back to back. He also could summon an actual clone army of astral projections who could all use his powers as well. There's no shot any guardian would've beat him.
Nope, Ikora is in the 5th Sigma percentile of Guardians, the top 0.00004%. That's 1 in 3.5 million. She's basically the single strongest guardian we've met.
Osiris, Felwinter, Ikora. All 3 are next to unstoppable.

I’ve been maining my sunbracer warlock for the past two seasons and it’s been great. Some of the most fun I’ve had in d2.

Definitely true. Warlocks are easy-mode in PvE and are the go-to choice for anybody who wants a relatively easy time solo flawlessing a dungeon. As a Hunter main, I have to work my arse off to get a solo flawless done. Warlocks combine elite survivability, movement, ability uptime and DPS into one package. They’ve pretty much got it all.
And they still cry nerf when Titans or Hunters do something better than them lmao
Combination blow hunter with the invis helmet is just as good at most solo content, and Titan solar hammers is one of the strongest classes overall
@@grouthorax3963 because warlocks have 1 good endgame loadout right now, and you titans and hunters cant play without us using well. If anything, it will be you that are crying now when wells will become less useful

My point about the comment is how Warlocks always bitch about other classes being too op instead of asking for better classes and buffs which you really just need to just have stronger supers, since Warlocks already have amazing subclass synergy on the majority of subclasses.

Hunter and Titan have like 3 great subclasses now for endgame. Warlocks have 1, maybe 2 if you build into stasis turrets. We arent complaining about nerfing our OP things like Starfire, but that half of our subclasses are not even close to being competitive. Arc Warlock is like the worst in the game

Still a Titan main because I love the playstyle from focusing resilience, discipline for grenades(Armamentarium main so im not swapping my exotic Armor for any subclass)recovery and strength. Plus, all my friends play Warlocks.

I used to play as a Titan. But I have the most fun with Warlock. I can survive the most with Hunter. I feel like Titan just exists now and that's it. One of the classes of all time.
Ain't nothing like Running Solar Nades, Sunbracers and the Monte Carlo with Well of Radiance.
Solar being the only viable subclass that makes warlock competitive with the other classes

Solar has incredible movement, S-tier DPS and support,
Void has insane ad clear, survivability and starting next Season (21) also great burst damage,
for Stasis Shadebinder is still one of the strongest Supers in the game, also has the best crowd/area control in the game for both PvP and PvE,
I don't own Lightfall but even I know the Warlock Strand Super does dummy thick damage and that Threadlings are a menace in PvP.
You could make a case that Stormcaller is not on the same level as the others but that's literally it.

Hunter having so many more strong options prompted me to switch around witch queen. I was literally making things like soloing dungeons harder on myself by not trying hunter

@@oxsila Contraverse Hold has singlehandedly carried me in Dungeon solos and GMs, and Nova Bomb does good damage considering that not only it has a gigantic radius but also tracks enemies, probably the easiest to use Super. And to sweeten the deal Bungie will further increase Nova Bomb damage by 20%. Any Warlock calling Voidwalker "weak" should consider unequipping their _Well of Radiance_ crutches.

Been playing since Shadowkeep as a warlock. Switched to hunter after Witch Queen. Grinding as titan in Lightfall. Never stopped associating myself with warlock. Know thy enemy.

The point of my original comment was that Warlocks online have grown to be the people who complain about other classes, it seems like the majority is Warlocks who'll complain about other classes. That doesn't mean that Titans or Hunters don't complain about the other two though, but it's become a meme for a reason

Warlocks would’ve been even better had they not had one ability plucked from their wings with the launch of destiny 2. I miss fireborn so much, it was so fun to to pop it right when the darkness timer would run out.

Sorry man. As a current warlock main, past hunter main, hunters have the strength and skill to surpass all others. Canonically, Shaxx and Zavala had to work together to take down an ahamkara. A single unknown hunter did it after a warlock came back battered but victorious and told the hunter he could never. It’s too tough for one guardian alone. And he took that personally.

For me, the best strand subclass for end game is Titan infinite suspend but most importantly
Infinite woven mail
On hunter you can achieve that as well with crytarchne but you'd have to sacrifice your 2 shackle ades for grapples
And good luck suspending enemies in a GM with the dive
Besides titans can also give allies woven mail, which is even better

Hear me out. Add more landing zones like he is saying. Make them a quick extract (as in when helicopters arrive) but also add in some neutral zones. Kind of like rust does. Place them strategically around the map. So you can extract let’s say via vehicle and be in a safe area where you don’t have to worry about the issues at helo extract. Entering the neutral zones would cost a fee. It gives a lot more options for players.
