Nah bro that was awful. I’m sick of people saying they’re transparent this is nothing. The fact that they didn’t even mention all the bugs before the first dev update shows how they’re not transparent. This is the 4th time they stressed the raising hell change and refuse to mention it’s been bugged since launch

Over discord and twitter they are. They didn't mention the bugs before the dev update but explained in the patch notes they were being worked on, so it's not like they outright pretended they didn't exist. There's being as transparent as their allowed to, and Their trying to hear us and are showing their listening to us. Like for example fixing the BOOM modifier. It's not pretty, it could be worse, and they need to get it fixed up better soon.

@@KingGreekif they really wanna be transparent they should do monthly Livestreams like warframe where they talk about the updates and answer questions live

Someone wanna tell this man all the bugs came AFTER the first dev update? It was the second patch, not the first. You hatin for no reason lol

@@bewarned8236 all the bugs absolutely did not come after the first dev update you have no idea what you’re talking about. Tons of hugs since launch. Not to mention, a lot of them woudlve appeared in basic testing and had nothing to do with server issues, they simply must’ve known about a lot of these and not mentioned thek

The problem i have with them "balancing" so far, is they just kill it. I went for 30+mill burns (yes i agree it needed a LOT of tuning) to 225....This... this just feels like lazy balancing to me, DoTs are so shit on in these types of games :(, they just feel useless as fuck now. Copefully, that was just a band-aid fix for a later DoT fix.

I don’t understand why people say the game is bad.
Combat is very fun to play

I enjoy the gameplay the movement is one of the best imo but the enemy design is lazy and uninspired, the fact that helldivers came out almost at the same time hurts yhe game even more because the enemies in that game have mechanics, counters, weaknesses, strengths etc
While almost all the enemies in this game you just shoot in their direction until they die aside from tanks
Yes the movement makes the game more enjoyable then it otherwise would be and it keeps it more interesting than without but it's not enough to sustain alive service game,
The game modes are also lackluster and limited and the general loot chase and endgame doesn't last long for the majority of people
It has a lot of issues i hope the game can get some time to make a comeback tho

@@theblackishboy1105 If you shoot at anything's general vicinity in a shooter, I'm sure they'll die. that's the whole point in a shooter. your other points are valid but that makes no sense.

@@matthewmelendez131 you are misunderstanding what i said, if you just shoot in a direction at an special enemies in helldivers like the walking robots you will literally do nothing you have to go behind them for example, they made a bunch of enemys but they have no mechanics or counters you just look at them and hold the mouse button, ig you could argue the shields are somewhat similar to that but with the aerial combat you have to think about more complex game designs to make the enemies more engaging.
For example a miniboss enemy in the game could be like the giant spider turret things you kill enemies then shoot the weak points and the turret basically does nothing right? It's basically just another version of the crystal breaking mission.
A more interesting engagement would be to have you do the same thing and break the weakpoints but then they expose a hole in the leg where you have to do a parkour section to get to the core or something and blow it up from the "root" while being chased by nano bots it summons to go after you so you can't just take your time. Maybe make the turret have actually telegraphs and attacks you have to avoid that aren't in straight lines. Why not take inspiration from armored core and make it launch homing rockets at you but you can redirect with your movement to sabotage the turret with its own rockets. My point is that they made a game with amazing movement and then did the bare minimum and basically wasted the movement mechanics they created by just sending meat sacs at you the whole game. The enemies aside from the snipers and tanks are more or less exactly the same, and even the snipers are similar they just run away and irritate you lol its just frustrating to see because with the movement they could make amazing fights but they chose the laziest option

@@theblackishboy1105 Except they do have variety with the enemies. You have the tanks which only take damage when you shoot weakspots, brutes who can only be damaged after taking melee damage, mini bosses who have many stages where you need to stop them from self destructing or they'll do an immense amount of damage. The snipers who can only be shot after you counter them, the flash infused enemies who move around super quickly and are hard to hit, the batman infused enemies that are invisible and you need to scan them in order to know where they are in the first place. There is plenty of variety, not just shooting at enemies mindlessly. Especially in the higher tiers and difficulties where you actually have to strategize which enemies you wanna take out first. Also the giant mortar turrets that you have to collect terminaut bits in order to expose the weakpoint to damage it. You are over simplifying the game when there is lots of depth.

I hear you, but This game is bugged out to high hell mane. You might not be running into bugs, but everyone else is and it's clear. It NEEDS to be fixed soon or we're gonna hit the point of no recovery
