A small V4 pogo stick can go up to 10 feet high and around 4''5' tall

No, the best of the best in the world can jump 10 feet high. At 4'5" you won't have enough weight or leg strength to jump that high. You'd probably jump up to around 3 feet high until you get a little more meat on your bones.

Hey 2 questions how high can the V5 jump when it comes out? and how tall is a small V4 Pro pogo stick?

The V5 will jump higher than the V4 if you want it to, but it won't necessarily be made specifically for jumping higher. Our goal is to make it more fun and easy to jump on. How much higher you can jump depends on the person. Some people will go a few inches higher, others might go a foot higher. The V4 Pro Small is recommended for people 4'8" to 5'5" and is 49" tall from ground to bars.
