thanks i was goalkeeper once and my team mate kicked the ball back to me and i didnt know about these rules so i picked the ball up and was penalized but that wont happen again. Thanks!
Tyler: I believe that FIFA should have first mentally, then physically tested their goalkeeping rules to avoid time wasting at the outset, instead of evolving from the four-step rule to no back-passing from team members, etc. They should have been more savvy regards to the overall effectiveness of such and devise one, once and for all, that would have and will work in the future. I like the no back-passing rule now, and this even adds more drama and interest to the game.
If goal keeper take the ball in hand inside the goal box whether the opponent can come inside the box and can he stand inside the goal box in front of goal keeper
Han u please tell me.if keepr caught the ball by a slide.and ball was on ground .so keepr can not pick it up.keepr can just place hand on ball.can we play or hit that ball.or not
Hi i have question to the rule if the body of the keeper is outside the box but the ball is inside wich is legal but what do you do after cause if u stand up you're outside the box with ball in you're hands and if you let go the ball and then stand up you can't pick the ball up again and the attacker can easily take it from you?

+Kevin Flores No he cannot. Law 12 of the Game states: "A goalkeeper is not permitted to touch the ball with his hand inside his own penalty area in the following circumstances: • if he handles the ball again after it has been released from his possession and has not touched any other player: - the goalkeeper is considered to be in control of the ball by touching it with any part of his hands or arms except if the ball rebounds accidentally from him, e.g. after he has made a save - possession of the ball includes the goalkeeper deliberately parrying the ball" You can read the whole law here (page 120) www.fifa.com/mm/document/footballdevelopment/refereeing/81/42/36/log2013en_neutral.pdf
What happens if the teammate touch the ball with a hand while the ball is in the goalkeeper’s hands? Let me say the goalie saved an unexpected shot and then his teammates runs to him to congratulate him whereby they will be touching him and shaking hands with him & during the process one accidentally touched the ball.
With feet, anybody can come after you and take it - I don't put the ball down unless the opposing team is at the other end of the field lol i don't need them scoring from inside my box
I am a new goalkeeper and I didn't know the rules but now I know the rules... Thank you very much
This helped me out so much, very clear and very basic/precise representation.

this has been really helpful thanks

after catch the ball by goalie , he put down the ball to ground and can he pick up the ball by hand again??
Always wondered why the goalie doesn’t pick up the ball from the passes of his own players in Fifa. This explains it✌️✌️

Thank you I know how to block but I need to know the rules
Thank you sir.
Thanks so much
If goalkeppers teammate give him mynes , can he take it with hand after waiting for some seconds, when the opposte team player came near to him
I have a question if u catch the ball but ur leg is inside the line of the goal is it a goal or a save
it’s only the ball it doesn’t matter where the goalkeeper is they could be all the way in the goal but if the ball passes the line it’s a goal
Nice
What if in a counter attack if the player decides to give the ball to a goal keeper.
tell me one thing sir like u said if goalkeeper's hand and ball out side the box ..... its a penalty or in direct free kick ??? pls hlp
It's penalty

If we dribble ball . After each dribble the 6second will restart or it will be continue??
Good question hahaha 😄 this answer is not useful but good question 👍
if put the ball on the ground to dribble, can NOT pick it back up.

What is the purpose of this small arc of circle outside the penalty box ?
The d arc is used used to indicate the 10 yard mark from the penalty spot
if a goal keeper handles the ball inside penalty box and punts the ball from outside penalty area
, is it a foul?
Hand ball so its a free kick and possibly a booking
I remember once I picked up the ball from my teamates pass and a kid yelled that handball and I ignored him cause just thought he was joking cause I'm gk
Actually when a goalie catches the ball he can put it on the ground and pick it back up unless he bounce the ball .
+Kevin Flores No he cannot. Law 12 of the Game states: "A goalkeeper is not permitted to touch the ball with his hand inside his own penalty area in the following circumstances:

I meant can't
I saw a video that "three penalty in row" why they take penalty again and again...? Anyone?
Tied game.
Abdullah Shafi The goalkeeper can’t take steps forward because he is closing down the angle for the free kicker. So they had to keep redoing it.
thanks, now i know
can goalkeeper come forward to play like other players??
Yes they can but it leaves the goal open so if you lose the ball they just tap it in
Are there any regulations regarding the goalkeeper bouncing the ball?
No i dont belive so
Can a goalkeeper catch back pass after he touch on their foot or feet
No
sooo useful
Thank you. Amazing explanation. I'll make sure you don't end up in hell.
what happens if a goalkeeper catches the ball whilst their legs are still in the box, but the ball is just out of the box?
at 1:12 he explained it.
Good
GK's cannot use hands or ARMS outside their box.
We knowq
What happens if the teammate touch the ball with a hand while the ball is in the goalkeeper’s hands?
Let me say the goalie saved an unexpected shot and then his teammates runs to him to congratulate him whereby they will be touching him and shaking hands with him & during the process one accidentally touched the ball.
I don't know cause as jokes I'll throw a ball at the opponents hand and Noone calls a handball but it is school soccer so it could be illegal idk
@@dreadz314 If its for protection or accidental hand ball its not a hand ball

what if my teammate deliberately passes a ball back to me and I touch it with my foot and pick it up? is it legal?
Same question man
If you have control with feet, as keeper, can NOT use hands after.
If the ball gets kicked behind the net by the opposition where would you take the goal kick from?
anywhere the GK would like on the goal box line.
Can a goalkeeper catch the ball from a throw in
Of course. In the box they can catch or clear however they wish.
@@MetaFootballTV I think he meant a throw in from a teammate?
does the goalie still have 6 seconds to get the ball out if he puts it down?
Carolina Zepeda yes

if a player (same team) passes back to a goalie and the goalie stops it with his feet and then picks it up with his hands is that a penalty
yes
Gavilán no you can't
Why penalty box and goalkeeper area is separate
The penalty box is where you can handle the ball and the 6 yard is just a visual reffrance
How far a goalkeeper can go someone please tell
They can go everywhere
I have played football since i was 4 why am i watching this
