Up 21-3 I thought I was actually going to be able to relax during a Broncos game. Those first few series were so much fun. But unfortunately we can’t have nice things. Great stuff as always Tim!

I blame Vance Joseph the man can not call a defense to win a game. His off coverage blitzes put the broncos in a bad spot every time. I can only hope somehow Sean Payton steps in and makes vj change his scheme it's not working it hasn't worked for years.

Also gotta love the blitzes on rhe screens that allowed them to gash us for 25 yard gains at the worst possible times. VJs has the most pitiful scheme. Justin Simmons has been turned into a below average safety. He's consistently out of position. A guy that supposedly was dominating training camp. Same with Zach Allen. If slye doesn't miss that fg, we let the commanders with a qb in his third start put up 38 pts... we only gave up 35+ pts once all of last year and it was well after the season was fully over. To say this defense has been worse than we could've imagined is almost understating it. And I wouldn't give VJ such a hard time but this is his second time ruining the broncos defense and we know the players are at least capable of being decent based on last year's performance led by a rookie DC. VJ gets fired in week 16 is my guess.

Not more than us lol. We needed to win to stay in the hunt with two other 2-0 teams. The AFC only has TWO unbeaten teams- the NFC east alone has 3! lol so one loss you in a major hole in the Beast. And we got Buffalo and Philly next. We couldn’t afford to let that loss happen just as much as y’all needed that game.

Russ is paid 50 million that doesn’t work. He hits Judy on that sit route and we get that first Washington never scores before the half. He throws the ball away instead of fumbling or tries to get it back we never lose momentum. He hits on the misses shown here he gives the defense some time to rest. Is he alone at fault no, but to say he didn’t contribute is wrong and blind. It’s 60% defense, 40% Russ, 10% everything else. And we gave up two firsts, two seconds, and 50 million a year for this turd.

Life long Broncos and Buffs fan. Thoroughly enjoy your film sessions. Crazy, because I’ve been more excited and invested in the Buffs than Broncos and this dates back to the moment Coach Prime and Sheduer came to Boulder. Nothing in football chips away at my interest more than inconsistent QB play! I’m basking in all of the what Sheduer puts on tape, hope you continue breaking his film down! As for Russ, 1st half was as good a performance as he’s had in a Broncos uni. How quickly it snowballed. Your breakdowns show one consistent theme, Russ doesn’t trust his O-line and unwilling to stand in to deliver clean/fundamentally sound throws. Instead when he feels the rush he either bails or disks to throw from a sound foundation. Keep up the great content! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Its weird that despite everything, the broncos offense leads the NFL in points per drive. Thats despite a missed field goal and extra point. And everyone correctly points out that Russ was great on script and bad off script. But when the script gets you three touchdowns...
Plus we remain one of the most penalized teams, but if you watched, it was our defense getting the bad penalies
And we led at the end of the first, second, and third quarters.
Im not saying that our offense isnt a problem. Im saying that we have two problems.

Awesome stuff , I’d love to see you kinda break down our defense … that’s been a bigger problem clearly … BUT this man russ just cannot see , that’s what I believe. He’s too small back there in the pocket , the moment there is any kind of surge inside he TRIES to use his athleticism that isn’t close to what it used to be … and that’s where he starts looking rattled… plenty of plays where he needs to show better pocket presence , granted the OLine isn’t great but we have got to know how to manipulate the pocket.. he doesn’t. He instantly looks to escape outside the tackle box …
Anywho thanks again for another great breakdown my man. 🤟🏽

The Russ fumble was bad. However, the Kareem Jackson hit was brutal. Not only was it completely unnecessary, but it was a momentum shifter. It sucked the life out of the stadium and the offense never got back on track. Personally, I hope the league suspends him for a game. That's two weeks in a row with unnecessary, illegal hits from him.
That said, the PI non-call on the two point conversion was garbage. Especially when looking at that ticky tack defensive holding they called on Denver earlier. And nobody can tell me there was enough visual evidence to overturn the 2-point conversion. On top of that, after Jackson's hit, the refs got really itchy fingers when it came to throwing flags on Denver.

That no grade deserved an F or a D. I understand there was pressure but that was a panic throwaway. Russ could have hit it. The Courtland Sutton go or stop route I give a C, only because Sutton is good at contested catches and bodying out DBs. Also Tim, the last play you started analyzing got cut off.

dude!!! russ can not see the middle of the field when the O-line and D-line stall out in front of him. get russ some shoes with 3 inch cleats and he plays 50% better.

    VJ is the freakin worst.
We get the offense starting to be fixed and then VJ works his "magic" and ruins another defense.
Not even upset about the 2 pt play, when you put yourself in that type position after blowing a 21-3 lead, then you deserve to lose.

There really isn’t much to say about this Broncos team. Tim nailed it, they just keep finding ways to lose. It’s really as simple as that

*_This team is about to go up 28-3 and put the game in the bag in the 1st half. Then Russ does what he does, turns it over and changes the entire momentum of the game. Only to do absolutely nothing but hurt the team, for the remaining 2 and a half quarters. What a bum!_*

@@dante316aI think the Raiders game the refs screwed us too. Defense had a stop on third down n they throw a flag n give Vegas the first. We had at least 2 minutes left and could’ve at least scored a field goal. These refs are hating hard on our coach or the Broncos. If Washington was going for the 2 point conversion, guaranteed they throw the flag. I hope it’s just missed calls, and I’m just overthinking. Just feels like we got some kind of voodoo going against the Broncos.

It feels like Russ got super nervous after the scripted plays were over. He literally went into a shell and played worse than Brock Purdy for the remainder of the game. Yeah, our D sucks, but NO offense in the second half? Tons of missed wide open receivers? This is Russ ball for Denver Bronco fans.

Like I said after watching him in the preseason nothing has changed and it won't. He needs cognitive therapy and much much.
Yep it's always been his MO in his later years. Something breaks down or they compensate like all teams, do and he's a deer caught in the headlights. Not even the average NFL quarterback at this point. Look at the way his backup played in the preseason. Hate to say it but we need to see him sooner than later.

Make a video about how teams just have to target #27 to beat the Broncos. I know they tried to play zone to help him out all game, but he's absolutely the worst CB I've ever watched become a starter.

First fire Joseph. Get a coordinator that understands the fact that the defense is supposed to stop other team. Difficult concept. Players are over paid lazy pot smoking stiffs that couldn’t stop an old lady in a wheelchair. Probably sprain ankle or get a hang nail giving them a good excuse to not go after her. Brilliant brilliant defensive scheme. Only shadowed by the fact denver spent many million on very”offensive” lineman who can’t play. This team is a 0-17 and proud of it
Miami will beat them horribly. I’m hoping for a 84 - 0 blowout. Go Miami. Keep showing this worthless how bad they are
