Congrats. Very big accomplishment. Stay with it bro. I’m a little over 2 yrs clean off of that crap. Was on it 9 1/2 long long years. Best decision I’ve ever made. Take care -John

Can’t say it enough man but congrats man, ur an inspiration to me to really wanna get off this stuff and knowing that it can be done, I got baptized 2 weekends ago Praise GOD!!! And the HOLY SPIRIT has blessed me with the strength and will and courage to really start trying to quit this stuff, that day I went the longest I have ever been without a dose and I didn’t feel bad, the 2nd goin on 3rd day I could start feeling it just a little but it wasn’t that bad honestly. I can deal with the majority of the symptoms but the part I still can’t get over is the restless arms, the restless arms have been worse than the restless legs to me, I haven’t gone cold turkey yet but from the day I got baptized I haven’t takin the same amount, I basically go about a day or 2 then take even less than I was taking which was probably less than .1 mg because I was cutting them into almost 60 lives and takin 2 pieces a day, whatever that math is, but now I just take 1 of those pieces every other day or two. I think after maybe a month @ this dose my body will get adjusted and then I can either take an even smaller dowse or just go a day or two longer in between and hopefully finally get off of these things soon as possible. Anyway, do u have any tips for the restless arms, I know that’s usually the last thing that goes away, some people have suggested kratom because I’m in such a low dose and would only need it for a little bit but I really don’t wanna go that route of being reliant on yet another thing, that’s why ur story has been so inspirational to see u do it cold turkey without any other possibly addictive drugs, anyways, thanks and may GOD bless u to continue to stay sober man, i don’t know u but u look genuinely happy man

Bro JaeRo, that's great to hear. I'm really happy you found God and you're going through with this. It's not a race, its a marathon. Take it easy on yourself. There's this medication called Mirtazapine, it will help tremendously with restless legs and arms. I took it for about a month and half after stopping suboxone. Let me know how you're doing. I appreciate your support and being here from the beginning. You're the man.

That’s awesome I know you’ve had a lot longer now. I’m coming off Suboxone I didn’t count the day but it’s been about three weeks maybe close to a month and I’m still struggling more or less with just sleep and energy I can’t sleep I don’t have any energy and I tapered off for a couple of months before I jumped off nothing helps. I feel like I’m never going to get sleep again. How long did it take you. Before you can start sleeping through the night. I did what you said I had money in the bank so I’ve been taking time off work but I need to go back I have a lot of people waiting on me. Everything seems like a chore.
