i really love the sound of this plugin, it is still the best guitar plugin for me. it is perfect if you're okay with how patterns sound initially on their own but sometimes you have more advanced chord progressions and that is where i believe the plugin could improve. i know there are voices settings that you can change but i hope to have some more flexibility at how it chooses the notes for a particular chord
I agree. I’ve at least been happy that they seem to make make in criminal improvements in each one. The issue is that it’s not a virtual instrument and all of these voicings and sounds and everything have actually been played and recorded. The plug-ins are already so large. I wonder how large would be CPU it would be if they actually made our dreams come true lol.
Will it work well with the new session players in Logic 11. I’m new to all this stuff and wonder if it’ll be easy to make it work together with LP11? When you mentioned routing I thought about how much education I still need in Logic… Good info - thanks. 💪😎🎸
There are two versions of the plugin in Kontakt. One says (melodic). Just use the other one :) if you’re already in the correct version, it might be the articulation. You’ll just need to find the proper articulation to make a single note play with out a strum or picking pattern. :)

As a guitarist I think it sounds good…..in a mix it would sound convincing. Great for keyboard players who don’t play guitar too.

Yes, all of them have a melodic mode where you have four different sounds. Plus four strum presets you can go back and forth with
