The Ethiopian Airlines are taking over the European routes. they are highly expanding they flights within Europe itself...Well done Ethiopian Airlines. I myself flew with the Ethiopian Airbus A350 last week from Manchester to Geneva and like you said, it was Fantastic, quite and modern aircraft.
Nice flight review. There is always room for improvement. Serving a full meal on a two hours flight is a plus but the type of seats Ethiopian Airlines management chooses for the aircrafts would be great if they are sturdy like the ones in Qatar Airways, El-Al etc.
The Airbus A350-900 is amazing and you got an amazing wing view. Nothing like boarding or deplaning wjth this aircraft ✈️👍 Which do you prefer with Ethiopian, the Airbus A350-900 or Boeing 787-8 since you have been on both?
The US is a very bad comparison. There is essentially no service on a “full service” airline in the US. A good comparison would be Asian airlines which offer similar service on short/medium haul flights

You should be thankful they served you lunch for two-hours of flight. You don’t get that in many western flights even for longer flight hours.
Western airlines are not a good benchmark for service, sorry. Here in Asia, we expect a certain standard of service from full service carriers.

The A350-900 is much better - the interior product (seats, IFE, etc.) are much modern as compared to Ethiopian's 787s
