Thank you for the reminder to respond to amazon. I received a counterfeit claim I contacted the person who made the claim and decided just to delete the listing and get my products back and then I’ll make a new listing . I totally forgot to respond to Amazon though
Yes, make sure you keep talking to Amazon until they remove it.

Hey Nikki, I’m a huge fan! I recently started selling in January after watching your videos. I got my account suspended due to a counterfeit claim. I got the claim taken care of. However I haven’t heard back on my account appeal yet. Any tips or suggestions? I have contacted support several times. They just tell me to wait. ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS!!

How do you document for any receipts that do not have the ups matching on the receipt. My grocery outlet doesn't list UPC on their receipts. This is for any IP, copyright, etc potential issues.
