Light , taste , unstable moods , emotions , intuition increase, mediumship , u loose weight or u can gain weight, ur look changes, ( hair ,face ) more glowing . U are more into helping, feeding animals, gym, ur interest in music changes, u are like a hermit ...

When you hear it, it seems to make sense, but in practice it doesn't happen that way, especially because nothing is given for free, otherwise you would lose out. By this type of logic, many people end up deceived, mistreated and sometimes dead, leading to exhaustion in a repeated mission. I demand that you update so there is more relief and less fear of existing and pronouncing the correct words for all problems.
One question how can I find a way to raise my vibration and a connection to it I'll try and meditation and sometimes it takes forever to be connected to it thank you
@senzonzama9095 during awakening, all chakras are cleansed, if they are blocked... the worst ( abusive. Painful) is the crown chakra... the brain where it pushes out the traumas of the whole life... they call this psychosis or awaken mind .
