My wife n I are just heading back from New Orleans to NC. We got the chance to visit 73 distillery. It was a great visit the people n information was great. And yes I had to take back a bottle of their bourbon back to the mountains of NC with me..
Thanks for that recap! Absolutely love ryes, and I love pumpernickel rye bread, so I had to pause the video to buy that Middle West rye. Would have never heard about it if not for this video!
Very interesting show. I am unfamiliar with many of the distillers featured (which makes sense since they are smaller than the big boys). I need to get to New Orleans for next years show. Looks like a lot of fun. Thanks.
Sagamore is great stuff, their double oak and cask strength in particular. They're moving off MGP sourcing as their stuff reaches 4 years, I hope they keep the quality up as they do That being said, the worst whiskey I ever tasted was their "tequila barrel finish". I appreciate experimentation but my god
Hey Guys! Thanks again for another great video. Always good. Question... how do you get involved in each of these events? Invitation? Know way in advance and are able to obtain tickets? Since you were presenting we understand that that's different, but for two gals from Virgina, we'd love to make it to some of these very interesting events/festivals. Happy to travel... and drink! Thanks again for all you do for the whiskey society!

Some of these were interesting. Didn't know about French Lick but it sounds like the source everything instead of distilling their own.

Wooo
Great video and it wasn't a camera focus/lighting problem...it was a stylistic choice :) Was this the 2021 or 2022...Chad? ;-)~
I'd like to know your thoughts on the Middle West Whiskey. It's one of my top favorites and the distillery is only about an hour from my house
WHISKEY CHEERS 😎😎😎😎
Nice video, just wondering how the products tasted.
I would love to go to a festival like this. Is there a website or calendar where I could find festivals all around the US?
Thinking of going this year - good for a bourbon enthusiast? Cheers!
Absolutely! Here or the Kentucky Bourbon Festival are two of the best places for bourbon enthusiasts.
Dont mind me. Just feeding the algorithm
Where can I get Chad's shirt?
Very soon at WhiskeyAmbitions.com Scott!
As long as you don't forget the Big Boys
