Incredibly extol-worthy. Mind sharing a couple tips apropos writing faster? How on earth did you manage to achieve that venerable result? Questioning as a Yr 10 student.
@@kp___pk I honestly cant help much i just naturally write quite fast when i know what im talking about. To improve speed I would just go over content and ensure u know it and go over a few exam questions and time yourself :)
Hi sir, you mentioned in one of your videos that you need around 11-12 quotes minimum to get grade 9 ao1 or something like that, so do I just need to make references to scenes and I could still get convincing ao1?
it's basically the idea that the reason for revolution is because the poor don't receive the education they need to lift them out of poverty (hence ignorance) and therefore they are left with no choice but to revolt against the upper classes who exploit them and turn to violence to overcome their circumstances if that makes sense
From my perspective what I got from it is that education is the way out and if you don’t give the poor education, they’ll remain poor and soon enough they’ll rise up in rebellion and revolution. Approximately 5 year’s after Dickens published this book, revolutions swept across Europe and it was mostly the poorer people who’d started them. Do you get it or…..no?
Hi Mr salles ! This is what my teachers advised me to do to get the highest grade. Do I need more than one adaptation? In other words, I need to refer to films or books. What's your opinion on this sir?
I'd say that due to the fact that you're clearly studying A Christmas Carol, that reading another novel relating to class may be helpful. On top of this, reading books from other Victorian authors will help you gain a better understanding of society at the time through different perspectives and contexts.
sir i just wanted to ask do you get marks for using sophisticated vocabulary and porsh words . like if you do not use them but still put across these grade 9 ideas in simple words would you be able to get grade 8-9
Hi Sir, I hope your doing well, I remember you mentioned the idea of adding one quote to stick to use in every essay and in one essay it ended with We truly are “all of one body” if I used a quote of daily life like “Mere improvement is not redemption, through redemption always improve people” would this count as plagrism?
'so, dickens has got daddy issues'
yeah because his father was supposed to be the breadwinner but charles dickens was forced to help him clear up that debt through industrial revolution
Looking forward to An Inspector Calls eagerly.

Where can eduqas WJEC videos be found ? There are hardly any of them and so its harder to get direct advice to the specific exam board

Yes you do
Love this video! But i do not see how revolution and education relate to Ignorance and Want. Can you explain this again sir?

Focus on the text, because that is what Charles Dickens actually wrote
ok thank you !
Agreed
Hello, which books do you recommend me to read so that I can be the best in english language and literature

I personally dont have a very good vocab but i got a 9 in english as long as you convince the examiner
Helps to convince but you can still do well without it

Put quote marks around it if it is a quote - then it is never plagiarism.
Which paper would these responses most likely to be used in?
