Yes. Bigger rigs are awesome! I drool over them at every show we go to. Lol For us, at this time, we definitely love the smaller space. Now, once we hit the road it may be a different story.
Nice video. I notice how you did the fire in your log, we do that technique all the time works really good. We enjoy looking at different rv too, just to see what they are coming up with. Thanks for sharing.
Class B is the best I think great video I Love to see tours... I'm big on DIY myself I said get a cargo trailer and make it yourself a lot cheaper and better I think not to mention solar panels.. of course I do it part-time but I love it I save a ton of money which is why or simply living is the way to go.. not to mention I'm debt-free because of it..
I love the second one! It would be what I would pick if I had to choose one of these two. I love that there are so many options out there. And we have a couple more years before we have to decide :)
We love our Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel. 35 foot. I’m driving behind Larry now. So we have the truck, fifth wheel and car. Ours is rated full time. You need it rated full time for insurance. Plus it is rated 4 season. It’s solid and gives you lots of room. We want to stay two weeks at each location. So fifth wheel is the best for us. We had a Travato. But too small for full time for us. And the climb into a bed was terrible. We got a used 2017 for $50,000. Good luck. Stay safe hunkering down. (RV DMC) Alice
I love the big ol' fifth wheels! They are very appealing as far as space goes, and so beautiful! :) A four season rig is definitely on our list for must haves. Thanks for mentioning the insurance and reminding us of the 4 season rating :) Stay safe!
We are full timers and we love our first rig but we have learned a lot. We plan on changing rigs in the next year or so and like you mentioned a lot can change with RVs by the time you are ready to purchase your next. Will admit, we are looking for a rig that the bed room is not connected to the kitchen and there's a way to close off to have our own space. We thought it would be fine since there's always outside, but not every day is a beautiful day. Just some thoughts moving forward. If you had to decided between those 2, I would choose the Redhawk since there is more room to move around and have your own spots to chill out at.
Yes. It is easy to be cooped up in a small space when it rains knowing that it is temorary. But full time is a whole different story. We are definitely considering that thought. Thank you for your sharing your thoughts from a full timer perspective :)
Love our class c 21 foot no slides self contained. Tow a car when we need to. Easy to park in a single parking space, easy to drive. Small motorhomes work great. Solar was easy to install. 4 years for us till full time. See ya at work, when we go back lol. Stay safe.
I know you! LOL Well, the see ya at work had me puzzled for a second. But I stalked your fb page for a pic of a Class C. I love hearing your experience with a Class C...it is so appealing for us.
I have liked anything Jayco that I have ever walked through. Bigger rigs are not bad, it is a personal choice. And I am thinking if Kari wants a bigger rig you better buy her one. LOL
Yes! I agree. Our plan is to live very simply. I think that is why we are fascinated with small space living. Less stuff to have to worry with. That way the biggest part of our budget can be adventures :)
I like the room the second one has. And better price. But did think the potty/shower at the back of the first one and the pull up windshield blind was interesting.
Yes, and the price will probably be a little more of a deciding factor :) We absolutely love the rig y'all have. We are probably leaning more for a van to build out on our own and tow a camper or our own build cargo trailer conversion.
I loved the space in the Class C. I don't need a lot of space, but the idea of a full time bed vs. making it up every night and putting it away every morning is more appealing to me :)
Our first RV was a Jayco Greyhawk. We loved it! I like that floor plan because it was small, but the bed was walk around. Does the bed come up when the slide is in?
I have liked anything Jayco I have walked through. They really know how to lay out the floor plans. The end of the bed flips up while the slide is in. There is the best little storage nook under the mattress for items not used very often! So much space in this relatively small little package.
I love your sign to follow you. Where did you get that made? We didn't make it to the show this year either, fingers cross next year. We are still in the process of picking what will be our FT rig. I want smaller and simpler, hubby likes to have a little room. Great review, Thank you!
Hey, Kathy! Both of us can agree on smaller rigs. We love visiting the RV shows just to daydream a little. Looking at the rigs with more space is almost convincing to go bigger. LOL I made my little wood sign. I have a vinyl cutter and found the wood frame stuffed in my craft closet. So I dug out the paints and mod podge and hoped it turned out ok. I was pretty pleased with how it turned out :)
I'm going full-time myself soon enough not yet.. I live pretty cheap and good right now.. what I'm going to buy a cargo trailer and make my own lot cheaper..
Ice I take my stupid advice by an empty van and build it out yourself these nuke pass bees and vehicles are cheaply made.. show that look great on the shows for the cheaply and crackly the maid I suggest by empty van and build it out yourself a high top or a ambulance or hey Mercedes-Benz van.. not to mention you'll be debt-free you won't have $100,000 to pay to buy one of those expensive camper vehicles will have a car or van payment for another 20 years it defeats the purpose of living simple I think..
You are so right! Building an empty van is at the top of our list...but it is just so much fun to go see what the manufacturers have come up with. We love the idea of the van for stealth camping, or to be able to tow our little camper to campgrounds. I love your simple living thought process...just like us :)
Cool little trailer
Thank you!
I think the older we are getting the simpler life is getting and we are enjoying the idea of less is more. Thanks for the tours.
Absolutely. Less to clean and do maintenance on=less stress for us. Thanks for watching!
Great video and great rigs. We went with a class a for room and setup.
Yes. Bigger rigs are awesome! I drool over them at every show we go to. Lol For us, at this time, we definitely love the smaller space. Now, once we hit the road it may be a different story.
I have the same rig you do. Love it
Our little Sunlite? We love it! What do you tow with?

Thank you! We love our fire log. It is easy to make and it seems to put off heat longer without having to keep adding logs :)

Debt free is our goal! And to travel around and see all of the beautiful places this world holds :)
I think The second one will be a good one for a full-time.

Love the drink table between the chairs! You gotta be creative in space saving multi feature items. Nice job.
Thank you :) We are trying to keep it simple. Downsizing to get ready for full time means getting rid of the fluff for us. LOL

We're on our 2nd Jayco travel trailer. Love it - Kari wants a longer one with slides lol

@@SL_BA Yes, you are right. When she is happy , I am happy
getting out, and just doing it on whatever budget is possible! and whatever rv's is just a start not an end! love your vid

My husband and i love the jayco redhawk 24b- check it out tons of storage space!!!!!
I am leaning towards the C class for sure. They are just the cutest little tiny houses on wheels :)
Hi guys! Nancy and I just found your channel through Bob at @BluWave Odyssey! Nice to meet you. Thanks for the tour!
Welcome! Glad you are here. Thanks for watching!

Class C is a lot better in my opinion. Greetings from Nashville,Tennessee.
